I use to go here all the time for a late night snack run. The taco’s were good and the curly fires were amazing. The people are eh they’re okay. Some are nice some are not.

The food is only really good for a late night meal. I find the food really greasy! I like how the hours are 24⁄7 & the prices are pretty cheap. It’s just an average fast food joint. The service and cleanliness has gotten better as the years went by.

I’ve ALWAYS found it to be uncomfortably cold in the dining area. I like JB and go to the one in Orcutt, much nicer there. Buellton’s pretty good also if you sit by the fireplace.

The food quality has went down slowly, but the customer service of i believe one of the assistant managers is always a pleasure to encounter with. She does always pay attention and give you her best each time. I am not sure what her name is, but she is a nice change when it comes to fast food workers and their politeness.

There’s not much to eat at around this area of Lompoc, so Jack In the Box had to do. The dinning room of this place was dirty, with lots of wrappers and trash on both the floor and counter. Also, the bathroom was in poor condition as well. Last but not least, the girl who took my order at the counter didn’t make eye contact even once during the whole process. What kind of manager runs this place? The franchise owner would do well to fire that individual and start over. I’ve added one extra star to bump it up to two, only because I didn’t receive food poising and they served me fairly fast.

What happened to good ol’ Jack in the Box??? It used to be consistently good, now it’s consistently bad. :(Sucks, because I miss the hot tacos and crispy fries. Now the food is mostly cold. (My pet peeve). I actually used to work at JIB’s years ago, and I remember how hard the crew worked to make sure «we don’t make it ’til you order it». Get it together, Jack in the Box, people are counting on you. Especially at 2 a.m.
