Good food pretty girls good prices. Can’t go wrong. BBIII is my go to Mexican restaurant!

How does the saying go, «If I could give this place zero stars, I would». Yeah, that is pretty much how I felt about this place. I came here about 10 years ago and I remember is being quite a bit better. First off, this place is very dark inside and needs to be updated in a very bad way. Our waiter was nice but smelled like cigarette smoke. He quickly brought us chips which was obviously Tostitos and Old El Paso salsa. Nothing special at all. I had a smothered burrito that was probably the worst I have ever had. The tortilla was mushy and it tasted like it was cooked a week ago, left in the fridge and reheated just for me. I couldn’t even finish it. Even the«world renowned green chili» that they seem to brag about couldn’t hide how terrible it tasted. There was nothing special about their green chili as it just tasted awful. It was obvious that it didn’t taste good because I didn’t get anywhere close to finishing my meal. The waiter still asked if I wanted dessert… yeah right… I don’t even want to think how bad that could be. Needless to say, but I will not come here again. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I would have seen that things had gone downhill. All you have to see is their version of queso. In the great words of Charles Barkley, «turrible…just turrible».

Food is less than average. The queso is canned«cheese» like you get at the ball park on Nachos or pretzels and the fajitas had some sort of weird sauce on them that made them look like an oriental stir fry dish. Tasted weird, too. Waitress forgot the queso we ordered as an appetizer so she took it off of our bill(which is great because it was terrible, we only had one bite each). The chile rellano was just a big pile of greasy batter and cheese in the middle of a big plate, covered in cheese and mediocre«chile». Overall, poor experience and will not go back.

The chips are literally Tostitos. The cheese is some form of melted velveeta. The service was nice but the place was filled with loud drunks at 2pm on a Tuesday. The bartenders were on their phones the whole time. One even facetimed her boyfriend while working! Will not be returning.

Food is average at best, something didn’t agree with me and caused me to feel ill the entirety of the following day. but the real problem is the language being spewed by the clientele, especially in the bar. Not family friendly. Trashy dive. I’ll be passing on this place for a long time, los dos will be getting my business from now on.

The water was good. Chips and salsa were bad. Meat quality terrible. Nothing tasted authentic.

The service was the best part about this place. Let’s just start with the«queso» is literally the same cheese that comes out of a pump at gas station nachos. The food was ok, it came out luke warm. I guess we should have figured how things were going to go after our server recommended the chicken wings. What Mexican restaurant has chicken wings? Their happy hour is pretty solid though. I may come back in a pinch for drinks, I will not eat here though.

I absolutely love this place. The margaritas never disappoint and the food is consistent. My two menu favorites are the chili rellenos smothered in half and half and the fajita steak taco. Yummy! All the meat is high quality, the green chili is hot and the margaritas are cold and strong. What more do you want from a Mexican restaurant? My only complaint– they get busy and I have been more than once when the service is slow because of the lack of hands on deck. Not always an issue though, so don’t let it hold you back!

This place doesn’t even deserve to be called a brewery bar. The green chile doesn’t come close to BB2. Tasted like it was poured out canned tomatoes and a couple chunks of pork… no flavor or chile. The salsa is oniony and sweet, again nothing like BB2. The ambiance is good, not fancy. Chicken tasty boiled and unseasoned completely. BB2 is an experience for food lovers. This place is to be avoided as a really bad Mexican restaurant. As someone who’s been going to BB2 for 25 years, I don’t understand how this could be so far off the mark. Time for the chef to be retrained on taste and recipe standards. Blech! My wife and I won’t be back… too bad as we live not too far.

New favorite Mexican restaurant south of Denver has been found. There are so many reasons I love this place, but the main one is the«saloon feel» in the bar and the chile rellenos smothered in green chile. The price is right too, and I love leaving satisfied [READ: margs plus dinner] without feeling like I’ve overspent… I’ve often spent far more around this area for significantly less satisfying Mexican food. Brewery Bar III certainly isn’t a fancy dining establishment, and that is what I love about it — when I want to go to an easy-going, tasty, and local restaurant, this is my first choice. I always try to sit in Cindy’s area — she is the best and goes out of her way to ensure we have a nice time. The live music in the bar on certain nights(Thu, Fri, Sat, I believe) is great — the young man who sings is very talented and I look forward to hearing him play. For someone who normally avoids live music, this is saying a lot. *** Tip for first time diners: start with the mild green chile… the hot green chile is *very* hot. I tried a mix of the mild & hot on my first visit, and even that was too spicy.

I haven’t started eating and already ready to leave! We ordered ‘queso’ and all they brought was the same melted cheese you can get at 7eleven for your $ 2 hot dog. If you want Mexican food, don’t bother stoping at this restaurant. Update! Here’s the food. Seems like taken out of a ‘Hungry Man’ box. The chili tastes like Chef Boyardee. The burrito I ordered had no taste. Seems like all the food is cooked with no spices and trust me, you could do a better job at home, even when you’re not a professional chef. There’s no way their kitchen has at least one Mexican employee. Very frustrated with this restaurant. It is BAD. Can’t believe how they have a sign out from that says: Fine Mexican Cuisine. However, you will end up seating in a cafeteria table or a very old booth that will hurt your bottom and back. Anyhow, my review ends up with three words: TERRIBLE«MEXICAN» RESTAURANT. Good night!

It’s a tad hit or miss as the green chile can sometimes be delivered very watery on the plate, but when it is on it is freakin tasty. Best green chile enchiladas on this side of the border from New Mexico, and an awesome gluten free menu to boot.

I never received my food. Watched my friends eat their dinner. You guys suck. How sad is it that i got tired of waiting and just finally gave up? I used to come here often but the last time kind of ruined this place for me. When you receive your food, it is actually pretty good. Great chile rellenos, cheese enchiladas and green chilli. At one time I was a regular– but now I will never again visit this place. Who goes to a restaurant and never receives their meal? At all? I do here, apparently.

I dine at Brewery Bar every week at the bar and I must say that I love it here minus one thing… I am shocked that Brewery Bar still has Jamie employed here. Why??? Don’t they know!!! I was a bartender for 5 years and regulars are important as well as a friendly staff. The staff is the face of your establishment. Jamie is constantly on her phone and ignores half of the bar while chatting with only a select few. Not only that, she is so rude and even asked us for a tip when we had to nearly beg her for water and our drinks three different times. We finally decided to «kill her with kindness» but that didn’t work either!!! She does not budge with her attitude and rudeness!!! I refuse to sit at the bar if she is there. That’s sad

I continue to love this place. My only gripe is that Jamie, who is often at the bar is extremely rude, no matter how nice you are to her. If we walk in and see her at the bar we turn right back around. I don’t understand why the restaurant keeps people like that. It really wrecks a business.

Best Chilie Rellenos? They must pay the Bar Flies to write reviews. Small sliver of chilie w great gobs of cold cheese Yuck, pork in green chilli tasted like dog food. Rap Music for the over 50 lunch crowd? Someone is making bad decisions. 20 years ago Brewery Bar was great. not so much now

I’m not sure what happened with the poor reviews. This place is amazing. The #1 with a chicken burrito, hot chile, is everything I need to be happy in this world. The spice is enough to keep you honest, elevate your mood, and make your nose run, but doesn’t overpower. I apologize, I failed to take a picture until the meal was destroyed, leaving only a tattered napkin and some drips of heaven that I could not bring myself to lick off of the plate. Though I wanted to. My final thought is that I wish my stomach was twice its size, so I could order another.

I am far from a Mexican food snob. I like it all, whether it come to me via the drive through, a food truck, a local family eatery or a fancy-pants Mexican-something hybrid restaurant. If it has the word«taco» on the menu, I’m there. I realize that not everyone feels this way, and some individuals have very specific, likely regional, ideas of what Mexican food should be. Not me. I like it all. Brewery Bar III is a pretty solid Mexican restaurant if you want a combo plate of tasty food and beans, all smothered in cheese and sauce. At least that’s what I come here for most of the time. By the time I get my plate I can hardly tell what’s a burrito and what’s an enchilada since it’s all just covered and smothered in deliciousness, but sometimes that’s exactly what you need. It’s Mexican comfort food. This is also a great place to visit during a Sunday Denver Bronco’s game. They always have the games on, the sound up, and drink specials to boot. Go Broncos!
