THESECONDSTARISONLYFORTHEQUESO. I’m not shocked at all that this qdboa has such a low rating. The customer service at this place is questionable at best. I came in with a large order. I wanted four of the«knockout tacos.» One quesadilla One queso burrito one chicken tortilla soup A side of chips and queso. I wanted the knockout tacos made in hard shell tacos is instead of soft shells. I guess that these tacos are chef inspired and cannot be made in hard tacos. Seriously? First I just want to say that Qdoba isnt a 5 star eating establishment… I saw the chef. He was standing behind the counter turning the slightly burnt chicken that he was about to cut up for the dinner rush probably hungover from celebrating his 21st birthday. I wonder what Gordon Ramsay would say about qdoba’s tacos… I bet he’s never even ate qdoba. I order a hard taco and then proceeded to add all the ingredients that are in the«knockout tacos» to my hard tacos. It all went ok. THESAMETACOSIN A HARDSHELL. The manager seemed to be the one helping me. Is this real life? Is this company policy? Well, everything else I ordered was ok– I guess. I think every Qdoba for within a 25 mile radius is better. I could have brought them the leftover chicken I didn’t want to eat and it would have been equivalent. The rice she scooped was the last in the bin(at 6 o’clock dinner) and tasted hard in my burrito. She could have easily replaced it considering the entire place was empty. Instead, she was in a rush to go speak to the employee sitting at the table just hanging out. The only thing they didn’t get wrong was the Queso. Oh, and to the lady that is «just the line cook.»(her words not mine) I think working at a McDonalds drive through speaking through an intercom may suit you better. Actually, now that I think of it, they have better customer service there. Seriously disappointed with my experience. I will always go to the other Qdoba located a small quarter mile drive up Yosemite on the corner of Dry Creek. The only reason I went to this one was because I needed to stop at Home Depot. I’m starving and going to go ahead and eat now. Hopefully, the food is cooked up to standard by this«inspiring chef» so I can stay healthy.

I love my neighborhood Qdoba! Every time I’ve been in, it’s been clean, or someone has been cleaning up, the staff is very friendly, greeting people as they walk in, the food is hot and fresh, I’m not charged for extras, and I get a kid’s meal! Absolutely no complaints!

The staff here is super friendly as of late, so much so that I felt compelled to give them a 5 star rating. Also contributing to this rating is that all toppings at Qdoba are now gratis — never again will you have to hear, «guacamole is extra» or grate your teeth over the cost of adding queso to your meal. Love it! The Mexican Gumbo is divine and you must try it if you have not already done so. I crave it fortnightly. I do avoid their lunch hour like the plague lest I want to be stampeded by the corporate crowd who are apparently incapable of putting down their cell phones long enough to order. So, I go at night when it’s nice and peaceful.

Came here at about 630 pm on a Tuesday. There was no line. 2 people working on the line/register and 1 in back that I saw. There were about 3 couples in the restaurant eating. The place was a total mess trash everywhere. It looked like a bunch of parents brought their kids in to eat and they trashed the place and then left without cleaning up after them. I ordered my standard plain soft shell tacos with just chicken and cheese. One of the women on the make line did not want to be here. She wasn’t mean but you could just tell she didn’t give a shit at all. The other was pretty friendly. My food tasted like standard Qdoba but was actually cold. Not super impressed with Qdoba after this visit and the previous. Might go to «that other place» for a while and hope that Qdoba cleans up it’s act because I’m getting tired of wasting $ 12 each time. As I was leaving, the friendly woman started cleaning up the place. I posted a few pictures of the condition it was in when I arrived.

There’s a Qdoba closer to where I live but I will actually go out of my way to visit this one. The reason is simple: it is well run. The manager of this location does a superb job keeping the food fresh, his employees happy and the customers feeling welcome. Good work!

The man with the round glasses(appears to be a manager) is gleaming with hospitality tonight. Only question is… Why are the bar stools already on the table at 6:30 pm? This place appears closed from the outside but the round glasses man made up for it by being very welcoming.

Ate there last night 12-11-2014 around 8pm with my 2 kids 11 year old and 13 year old. Later that night we were puking all that food. We have never felt so sick. First and last time we eat at this location. Food poisoning was defiantly the factor here.

Lowering my rating in general, after the recent announcement they are not charging for«extra’s» anymore but instead raising their prices so they are now included. This in general makes me displeased. I’m not happy that I have to pay for someone’s quesoackamoldy!!! Are they going to give me a discount now because I don’t want the«extra’s»? Yes, I don’t see that happening. I like that they have the pick 2 menu, you can try things that you’ve not had before. I find myself here once in a while when I have to run to HD on my lunch hour or one of the other stores in this area and don’t have the time to get up the street and across to C. I can get about the same thing, but it just isn’t the same to me. The staff is always friendly and ready to get you through as fast as they can, which I great when you are in a hurry. They also have a club so you can earn freebies. This is always a plus in my book.

This place is horrible. Went there tonite around 7:15. 2 guys working line backed up bottom of the bucket scraps and then oh wait some dude comes rolling up out of the can looking like he just got do with puff the magic dragon and some guy maybe manager yells to him to make some fajitas. Once I heard that this poor hygiene bro who just got done laying a log was gonna make food I hightailed it outta there. I went over to qdoba off university and colo blvd and wow night and day. First off its clean second I counted at least 7 guys serving and cooking. Actually looked like an active restaurant. Hard to believe the one by park meadows was in such disarray.

The food was fantastic and the staff is wonderfully friendly. Staying at the Hyatt from out of town and was very glad to have come across this place!

Downgrade of my review… I’m a huge fan of Qdoba. I’ve got countless reviews of «Dobas» all over the place. Today, here, I got the smallest portions for a three cheese nachos I’ve ever had, anywhere, ever. The employees must have been told to keep the portion size low. Guess what? That only keeps me away. There is a Chipotle nearby, and they never skimp on portion size. I hope this Qdoba realizes that you might have saved $ 0.50 by skimping on my order today, but you lost a regular customer. I know what a normal portion size is… hell I’ve had three cheese nachos probably 40 – 50 times. This was #1 smallest of those 40 – 50 times. Big thumbs down from me.

I made my order online because i thought i wouldnt have to wait in line. Well i arrived and they were clueless about my order and then they had to figure to print off my order so they could make it. After explaining that it wasnt ready the manager came to me and said he just got my order 5 minutes ago and had a line and couldnt fix mine. Well i put the order online 20 minutes before that and it said it would be done at the time i went, and i was 3 minutes after it said it would be ready. Well they make my order and then they don’t know how to check me out since I already paid online. Well we eventually get it figured out and I take our food back to my wife for us to eat. Well I got home and looked at how small my burrito was, I’m not sure if they usually are the size but it was half the size of a chipotle burrito. So I thought well that kinda stinks, but I guess that’s my own fault for not knowing how big the burritos are from there. We start eating and my wife notices her nachos has steak instead of chicken, and many of you know how picky wives can be… well i proceed to my burrito and find rice instead of peppers and onions since i ordered a fajita burrito. Well great, now we paid for the fajita burrito and didn’t get it. So my wife is mad and calls the store back and talks to the manager, she proceeds to say he’s sorry but we can come in or he will call back in 10 minutes because there are people waiting to order,(though when I was at the store there were maybe 5 people in line) Well my wife doesn’t think that’s good enough and explains she needs something done now, and he hangs up on her, which makes her SUPERMAD.(You do not want to get my wife mad) So she’s freak mode now and starts writing her problem on the qdoba website. The manager calls back maybe 3 minutes later(I guess the line wasn’t as long as he thought) and says he can give us our food we ordered or refund our money. My wife said REFUNDOURMONEY. And that’s what happened on our friday night date night at Qdoba. So whatever you do DONOTORDERONLINEFORQDOBA, they have everything on their website and in store that says they are capable of online orders, but they are not whatsoever at the Lone Tree Store. Plus they treat the walk in people more precious then online people as you can see from my book I wrote above. Let’s see if I get my money back… thank you wifey. So an update, we got a call an hour after the last thing, and the manager cannot return the money because it was done online, we he gave us free entrée cards instead.: / AGAIN — DONOTORDERONLINE!

If you are looking for a catering option(and you are tried of subs and pizza) — Qdoba’s taco bar is awesome. I catered several events over the holiday and my department always requests them. This location specifically is by far the best I have used.

Terrible. I had the corn tacos which are pre-made hard shells and asked for pork. The amount of pork they put in each taco(there were 3) would fill a thimble. The worst part was charging me over $ 7.00 for them. Will never go back.

It’s not a very big Qdoba but it doesn’t need to be, the staff here is beyond helpful. Especially an employee named Sahyra who greeted me cheerfully and upon noticing that I was on crutches took the time and energy to carry my order to my table and even filled my drink cup with soda.(I have a weird soda preference where I mix flavors together) This went well beyond normal customer service. I would highly recommend this Qdoba and I will certainly be back. On a side note the entire place was immaculately clean and the music was very hip, modern and noticeably cool. I think that the layout was perfectly fine, I didn’t find it confusing or difficult to navigate even on crutches.

This is a weird little Qdoba over by Park Meadows. They’re crammed very tightly in a small space with only a handful of tables. There’s nowhere to sit in here that isn’t a high traffic area. To start with you have to walk in the store and go all the way to the back to get in line, which is just odd. You feel like you’re fighting everyone for space. The food is good here and the service is, too. Oddly enough they keep the temperature in here FREEZING. I usually don’t notice cold, so I have no idea how cold they actually keep it in here.

While I am a fan of Qdoba, this location that popped up in the Park Meadows area(over by the Old Navy & Lukas Liquors) is just weird inside! I can not remember what used to be in the space, but now when you walk in you have to walk all the way to the other side of the store(through seating) to get to the counter to place your order?! Really? Who designed that? I had to squeeze between two people who were sitting on the bar stools near the entrance and completely blocking the line area! People were friendly, food was good and there was plenty of parking, but the config was weird. There are enough Qdobas I can skip this one and go to another!
