I really like this concept. Fresh salad ingredients that let me create my own masterpiece. I always insist on ordering the large then struggle to finish it. My only criticism is that there are usually several dirty tables in the restaurant. I don’t mind searching for a open spot when places are busy — but searching for a spot that is clean is a whole different story.

Delicious salads but really overpriced. $ 9 for my salad then $.75 to add a couple mushroom slices. Guess their rent needs to come from somewhere! Clean restaurant for the most part, we came during lunch on a Saturday so it was a little busy. The tables outside were absolutely filthy! One of the reasons we did not sit outside.

I come here for lunch so often, they know my name. That’s how much I enjoy eating here. My favorite salads are the Don Quixote with piri-piri shrimp and egg, and the Mighty Aphrodite with citrus chicken and mango. Their cinnamon and cayenne pepper Olomomo almonds are amazing, WHEN they have them. They’ve had a shortage for awhile, but hopefully they come back soon!

Great concept and friendly service! The cashier who helped me was bold enough to ask for the Unilocal review because I told him how great my first experience was. Kudos on great customer service and great healthy food.

Heathy, delicious and nutritious!!! 21 dressings made right there! Everything fresh, made right in front of you exactly how you want it! I was able to sample the dressings, and everyone I tried was fantastic! What a gem in the Denver area, and this place will make a name for itself for sure!

Tried the Ty Cobb salad and don Quixote salad. Great service and fast. Really like the taste once you figure out the type of salad that you like. I prefer adding the grilled chicken.

How have I not found myself eating a delicious salad at Mad Greens!!! It’s so freakin’ good! This is a good sign for the food desert that is Lone Tree. Finally some good food, even if it is a chain restaurant. The nice thing that I have become more interested in lately is that calories are listed on the menu. The line moves quickly(think the Chipotle of salads) and the people are friendly and willing to offer customizations as needed. The best part? I can get heavy dressing which just makes me feel special and warm. I really can’t think of any negatives about the food. Perhaps the space is a bit small at lunch time, forcing a choice for a to-go salad at your lonely cubicle back at work. Not cool Mad Greens! That is a minor problem and does not change my need to go there again next week.

This place is really good but it takes so long to get served. Still going back to mad greens. Great place to eat health food. I wish they would do something about the time it takes to get served.

We were here for Dinner last night and ordered a veg soup and couple of veg Paninis. Soup was good. But of the 2 Veg Paninis we ordered, one had chicken in it But it was too late when we realised :-(Service was too slow as well. So if you are a vegetarian, please be careful when you visit this place

This place just opened up pretty recently. I had never been to a Mad Greens before, so this was definitely a good experience. The food here is definitely fresh. And it is really tasty. But, I have to admit the prices are a little bit steep on a college budget. If I ever had a few extra bucks to spend on a salad type meal, I would consider coming back. The salad bar is sort of like a Subway/Chipotle style set-up where you can customize your salad if you like. Being a slightly picky eater, this is perfect for me. When ordering, you definitely need to be careful of the prices. Not all of the ingredients offered are free of charge. It is definitely necessary to be aware of which ingredients cost extra vs. which ingredients are free. I also had a chance to try the wraps that they served here. If you wanted to go the wrap route, I would highly recommend the Gandhi wrap. It is a wrapped which features curry chicken within it. It has very delicate and mild flavors, but you can definitely taste the curry. I also sampled some of their fresh juices/smoothies. Yes, you can definitely sense the healthiness of the juices/smoothies. If you are on a budget, these items might not be very affordable when compared to buying the ingredients and making it at home. These items are delicious, but you can make something as equally delicious at home. But, the juices/smoothies are available for convenience.

No labeling on the ingredients was odd, obviously most can be distinguished visually, but it would have been helpful. On top of that, the selection was not as big as expected, the idea is great, it was just hurt by how limited it was. And inexplicably, it was way too loud in there, it wasn’t busy, but it sounded like a New York train station.

Really happy to have one of these in the neighborhood! The food is good and fairly healthy. The Colorado Green Chili is worth a try. The problem with this place is they have yet to actually get my order right. For some reason it is like everyone behind the counter is like 5th grader trying to understand and make your order. The process is really terrible. And there’s got to be at least 8 – 10 people working behind the counter every time I go in. They should cut their staff in half keeping the quality folks and paying them more.

Despite a windy day with thunderstorms on the horizon and a line wrapping around the building, opening day was efficient and the quality of the food and service was impeccable! I stood in line for about half an hour, but the staff kept the energy high and there were smiles all around. Menus were passed out while customers were waiting in line, which allowed me to look over everything and ask questions before I got to the ordering station. Talk about efficiency! I decided on the Don Quixote salad(with baby greens, avocado, mango, jack cheese, and corn) and added the citrus grilled chicken. The entire salad was fresh with a great mix of sweet from the mango and corn and savory from the chicken and cheese. The serving was the perfect size to fill me up comfortably. I was very impressed that the ingredients are sourced locally as well. If you aren’t a huge fan of salads, there are a ton of other things available on the menu, including paninis and wraps. I would certainly recommend a stop by here if you’re in this part of town.
