I’ve been here a few time for lunch. I usually ordered the Mediterranean chicken flatbread and absolutely love their green tea. The food was so good and this place was pretty closed to where i worked. I recommend coming in a little early because the line get really long during lunch time and it takes forver to get the food too.

They messed up my order twice. Once when I placed and again when I asked them to correct it. The staff was not even apologetic when I asked them to fix it the first time. I did even bother to ask them to fix it the second time. Note: I gave them two stars because I didn’t get food poisoning at least.

Panera is traditionally a very good bakery and sandwich shop. I love panera, but this particular location seems to be lacking. I went in to purchase some sourdough bread around 10AM on a Sunday morning(needed some carbs for a long hike), and I saw that they had none. I asked them if they were planning on making any and they said that they were not and they were only selling what they had on the shelves(which consisted of 1 loaf of country and maybe 2 loaves of white). I am disappointed that a bakery did not plan on making any more loaves of a very popular bread, especially so early in the day.

Don’t come to this Panera often but have stopped by a few times as a convince of the mall ! My friend and I dropped by for an early lunch and was greeted as upon entering. Our meals were not terribly expensive for the quality of food. The lemonade is amazing ! And free refills ! Our food was very quickly out and we sat ourselves, The restaurant was not very busy. I got the chicken avocado Cobb with no cheese, bacon, or eggs. It was delicious ! A generous man walked around and offered us chocolate chip cookies as well, although I didn’t take one it was a nice gesture ! Do plan on returning to this location !

Unfortunately the food and service has not gotten better. I have given this location a few more tries including a couple catering orders — but results have actually been worse. It is a shame since I have experience better at other locations. If you do end up going here for lunch, i recommend visiting prior to noon.

This Panera is okay. They always have plenty of help, it’s just the young ladies rather chat it up amongst themselves than help the customer. Besides that, the food and breads are always good and fresh!

During an extremely busy and hectic lunch rush hour I watched the guy making sandwiches with gloved hands pick up a broom and sweep the floor and I thought to myself that guys going to keep making sandwiches without changing his gloves I bet. Wrong he changed his gloves without a thought. 5 stars for safe food handling practices and giving a damn.

Like other reviews have stated, I’ve been to much better Panera Bread locations. The first time I went here about 2 months ago, they were out of the bread for my sandwich but failed to tell me this until after I had ordered. I figured that was fine and I would give them another chance. The next two times I returned very similar situations happened. The second time not only were they out of the bread for my sandwich(ciabatta) they were also out of the side baguettes. The third time I went here they were out of both ciabatta and focaccia bread, and I overheard them telling another customer they were out of something for their salad as well as the soup they had ordered. I understand that things happen, but this seems to be a very consistent, not to mention unprofessional, problem for this Panera Bread location. Normally I wouldn’t even be upset about a restaurant being out of what I order if they let me know before I placed my order, but it is always after I have placed and paid for my order; and it has happened every time. Long story short, find somewhere else to eat that will have what you order, or go to a different Panera Bread location.

I’ve had better at other locations. The frontina grilled cheese was mediocre at best. It was supposed to be grilled but was mushy with grill marks… Too much cheese(the cheese was the best part) would have been so much better with thicker bread. The Mac and cheese was fairly decent. The sauce wasn’t stringy or clumpy; it was smooth with a good depth of flavor. However it could have used something more… The French onion soup was barely warm(didn’t even melt the CHEESE) and bland… Need I say more?

As much as I love the food and the atrium seating of this location, I come here to study and get some work done and the internet BLOWS75% of the time. There were only a handful of people here this morning, two of which were on a computer using the internet like myself, and it takes an eternity to load any webpage. The past couple of times that I have visited this location I could not find a clean table, and I don’t come during busy hours(I’ve learned my lesson!). This location has definitely lost some of its appeal over the past year, maybe there’s new management or something that has resulted in this negative change.

I scheduled a business meeting here, and while the atrium is great for that and you think it will be a great setup for a business meeting style lunch, you can’t access the interenet. By the time I spent 30 minutes trying to connect, it finally connected to a website only to then tell me I had exceeded the alloted time to be on the Internet between 12 – 2. I understand time restrictions during busy hours, but come on. if it takes that long for your Internet process to connect then that time restriction just sucks. I won’t schedule another business meeting here again.

Hit or miss on this location. Minimal outlets, unless you go to the ‘atrium’ which is a shared space with the rest of the businesses in the building. Service can be finicky — the people here are either SUPER nice or depressing. Normally the food is an A+, as most Panera’s are, but today I had a salad with way too many pieces of soggy, rotting lettuce on its last leg. Disappointing, because I absolutely love the salad and ended up throwing a good chunk away.

Usually love Panera, but this one was disappointing. Although the food tasted good, the amount served was skimpy compared to all of the other Paneras I have visited. When each of the three of us sat down with our food, we all agreed that the portions were about one-third less than we usually get in other Paneras. Won’t be back.

Tables dirty, unpleasant staff, overpriced, out of avocados this time. Out of water cups by fountain. Smaller Mac and cheese portion. Won’t be back to this one.

I really love Panera. Especially their«secret menu» because it’s packed with healthy options. I do have one complaint tho, I regularly order the power egg white bowl with roasted turkey and about 50% of the time it is made incorrectly. It’s delicious if it’s made right and served warm but today when I sent it back because it was served cold I was told that it is always served cold… Which is incorrect. It seemed like I was a bother asking it to be made correctly. Be forewarned, the food is good but at this location it will regularly be made wrong. Boo

Stopped in here for lunch the other day with an old friend. I had a bread bowl with broccoli cheese soup. Its kind of my go-to choice at Panera Bread. It was as good as it is just about anywhere else. For the amount of food that you get too, I think its a pretty darn good deal. We came over lunch, so the place was incredibly busy. I suppose that for this area that is to be expected, but wow…

Have been coming here often lately with a new job in the area and am always pleased with the food and service at this Panera location. What’s especially wonderful about this location is the huge space behind Panera in the same building where everyone is welcome to plug in and work away at the booths and tables.

I LOVE Panera. But this Panera is not very good. My salad had wilted and brown lettuce in it. The soda dispenser appeared to have mold growing up in the ice dispenser part, and the soda parts looked as though they hadn’t been washed. The workers were young, and seemed more interested in talking to each other(and hitting on one another) rather then take my order. I get it, I was that age too. But at least take a pause to help the customer! It was extremely uncomfortable. There was one worker who was actually working, but he was trying to clean shop to get ready to close. If you can go to another Panera, do it!

$ 6.99 for a bowl of chili? Worth it if the chili is extraordinary but this chili is average at best. It does come with cornbread but the 4 croûton sized pieces of cornbread I got came in a portion bag labeled Friday. Today is Monday. So, overpriced and stale. I don’t mind paying the price if the qualities there, sadly it is not. PS When I ask for lettuce, tomato, onion & mayo on my sandwich that’s what I’d like. Shouldn’t be too hard to do. Thanks for the lettuce and onion though.

Free wi-fi!!! Chocolate Croissants! Yummy sandwiches! This Panera over in the Park Meadows vicinity is crazy busy. Last time I went in there it was about 10A and every table was packed with people and their laptops soaking in the free wi-fi. Love their breakfast pastries and their sandwhiches are top notch too(breakfast criossant and turkey artichoke are my picks). I do think they are a little slow and sometimes if you get there when it is packed the herd of people waiting for their food is a bit unruly — but it is all good!
