Frequently visit this 711 and love it. Some of the staff are not too friendly but everything else is greal

I go here 6 to 7 days a week for my early morning coffee. I prefer this store to any other. It is not on my drive route to work, but I feel safer going here than any other one near downtown Long Beach. It’s a clean store and coffee is always fresh. On my off days I will walk here too. The employees here are friendly as well.

My boyfriend and I came here on free slurpee day and I must say good job to the staff! A++ …In long beach when you hear the word free you can expect swarm of people but they maintained a good attitude toward customers and still had cups left over at the end of the day. Parking sucks it’s small, crowded, and it’s in a bad neighborhood but At least he cashiers are nice and the owner looked like a nice man as well.

These guys don’t deserve to run a 711. They unapologetically charge me 1.39 for the same fountain refill because«they can» — they are as consistently rude every time I’m there. The Koreans that work there are especially entitled and crappy to their customers. It’s disgusting how these people treat their regulars. Im only giving one star because«I can» — you guys don’t even deserve that

The old Korean guy rips you off along with his umpaluma side kick. They blame everything on the ownership. I want piazza, wings or a hot dog. I will wait so sorry for putting u out. Making u do your fucking job. Place is a des pool of homeless and retardation except for the on long hairs Asian guy who is way to good for that pace!

Clean for the most part. Not very friendly though. Been local customer for 5 years. Will give 10 stars if you keep the beggars and homeless off property. I’m just tired of it. Always asking for money… enough is enough

I am here for occasional pack of cigarettes, since I don’t drink much coffee. I know, I know: how can someone in California not drink coffee? I am also here for more-than-occasional late-night apple fritter and nachos and anticipatory bottles of «red flavored» Gatorade(can anyone actually name the flavors? I see you Googling it already). The service is good and quick. There is always something interesting going on… I will leave it at that.

I’m reviewing anything and everything, long overdue. Lived nearby this 7Eleven for over 10 years. Love this neighborhood. Lots of action. Always well stocked and the afternoons are usually the craziest, lots of people buying what they need before they hunker down for the night. Yes, everyone here is friendly, especially Pat. In the mornings, she puts up her ‘shade’ to block the rising sun, lol. Some yummy creamwich and interesting ice creams. Also some interesting Michelada beer mix in huge styrofoam cup towards the back of the store. One day I’ll try that! Love my cheapie coffee and hot chocolate mix.

This is the only place that is always open near my home. Gotta stop in every now and then to pick up a few things. The employees are always nice. It’s usually pretty busy but the cashiers work quickly. The cooking food always smells a little weird, but maybe it’s just the 711 brand. I’ll keep going back because it convenient.

I should own stock in 7 – 11. It’s nice when you enter this 7 – 11 and everyone knows your name. Everyone that works always greets you with a smile and a hello. I live next door, so its hard to stay away. Update: more homele and people are hanging around. They don’t do to much to make then leave anymore, but I guess that just the LBC.

This is the worst 7 Eleven I’ve ever been to, and the worst convenience store by far. I occasionally stop at this store to buy cigarettes, just because it is close to my house. The people behind the counter in the morning, who I believe are the owners are extremely rude. My wife will drive an extra ½ mile out of her way to go to another store because of the poor service and attitude. As bad as it is, this in itself would not prompt me to write a review. However my most recent experience was atrocious. The owner of this location has absolutely no understanding of customer service, and clearly has trained their employees accordingly. I recently stopped in and bought 2 electronic vapor cigarettes. One was The brand blu, and the other one NJOY. When I arrived home a few minutes later I realized the blu did not work. As I live only a few blocks away, I hopped on my bike and went back. I thought I would be able to exchange the faulty product, as less than 10 minutes had passed. The girl behind the counter was the same one that had taken my money, and she remembered my purchase which was $ 9.99 plus tax. I informed her of the faulty product and requested she exchange it. Susana then informed me that their was nothing she could do, and that I needed to come back in the morning to speak to the owner. I let her know that was unacceptable and demanded she call someone of more authority. Susana lied and told me that she did not have a contact phone number for a manager, supervisor or the owner. She informed me again that I could come back on the morning, or contact 7eleven. I advised her that was not acceptable and that I had left my phone at home, not planning on having any difficulty resolving this simple issue. We stood there and stared at each other until she realized I was not going away. Susana then called 7 Eleven, but did not have the sense to call the correct department, so I was then transferred over to customer service. They were just as helpful, and recorded my complaint and gave me a reference number. I could not believe a company that had been in business for as long as they have could have such a poor customer service policy. I understand that it is a franchise, but allow such ignorance to tarnish their reputation was clearly surprising. I was not informed at the time of purchase that this product was non returnable, and if I had I would have made my purchase at a more reputable business. I will never shop here again. Even taking my into account that I don’t shop here often, they will clearly lose more profit in the long run, not too mention the fact that this lack of customer service is purely ignorant and shameful!

So the location isn’t the best but whatever. I come here often and the people who work here are always very nice. It’s also a clean establishment which is always a plus. I usually only get coffee or stop at the ATM so I can’t comment on their other items.

It is a little vague what criteria one can judge a store like this on. I mean, it is not as if they offer something unique, or even difficult to obtain. Still, I suppose one can tell the difference between a well run business and a poorly run one, so that will be my focus. This place is always clean, the staff are attentive and fast enough. I’ve never had an issue with something I wanted being out of stock. I mean, it IS just a 7 – 11, but my experiences here are always positive. There are 47 – 11’s within a 1-mile radius of me, and this is the one I go to. That’s the best endorsement I can give it.

After a great evening out at today’s Elite event. We decided to cash in our scratchers, get some beers and watch The Hangover on Blu-ray. Sounded like a good plan. Well we’re halfway through it and we’re both tired. However before we made it home to attempt watching the movie, we stopped by this 7-Eleven. *If you look at the default photo, you can see the items we purchased tonight* I’ve been here once or twice before. The first time was after a concert and was denied alcohol because they stop selling it at 11pm. Which was quite the bummer for us. This evening we were good and able to get what we wanted. Well not exactly. They have plenty of 24oz beers to choose from. However we were denied the PBR tallboys, that I find so hard to find at most Long Beach liquor stores. So I went with something new. Something… well I can’t say. First time for the beef stick of that kind and flavor as well as first time for the Flamin’ Hot Funyuns. Okay so I suppose this review has been written under the influence, but that’s okay. I like this 7 – 11 because they kept my buzz going and for that I Thank You. :D

I live in this 711… I’m sure in my 3 months of living over here I have spent at least a car note in here. Or 4 buss passes… There is an abundance od white trash hanging out in this parking lot… Begging for cigs and cash… But the staff is friendly. I have never been to a 711 where everyone who worked there was friendly. One of the ATM’s are out of service… They have the biggest selection of Slurpees. And they are soon about to get pizza and wings… Idk about that… But I will try it at least once. Its also this smoker that works here and he’s always falling asleep and counting candy bars? They have a big as selection of everything. From instant Udon noodles to male enhancement supplements… Sweet weekend… Sweet times.

First, you have to signal to the cashier that you have a drink refill when you walk in the door. The cashiers here are oblivious to people toting big empty plastic cups upon entry. I’m not going to be long winded in this review. Everyone has gone to 7-eleven. We all know what they offer. I have two recommendations. Okay, so they have this beverage called Four Loko. It tastes like those generic barrel shaped fruit drinks you had when you were a kid. Artificial fruit flavored syrup, that’s what it is. It also is 24 ounces and is 11% alcohol. Let me break that down for you. It’s like drinking four beers. I think they’re only 3 bucks or something. So if you want to get your swerve on for cheap, that’s the way to go. I also need to mention the Hot Dog Meal Deal. For 3 dollares, you can get a Big Gulp, Big Bite hot dog, and a bag of chips. Yes, all that and a bag of chips. However, I would like to pass on some friendly advice. You are going to want to get your hot dog and load it with all those tasty condiments… big mistake. Ask the cashier for an extra container. Load your condiments in said container, and take all that shit home. Throw your hot dog and the bun in the toaster oven(separately of course. How do you expect to get the inside of the bun toasty with a hot dog in it, you turkey?) Add condiments later at your liesure. Otherwise, the result is a cold dog with a soggy bun. Just some words to the wise. Eat well, you drunken fools.
