Very flaky. Had to call a few times to reach somebody to set up an appointment. Then, they were no call/​no show on the appointment day. I called and left a message after that, and received no response. I’m always left puzzled and confused by businesses that do this kind of thing. Why don’t they just decline the appointment if they are too busy or don’t really want the business instead of wasting my time?

I had several companies come to my home to give me estimates for plantation shutters, which is what I thought I wanted. When Nicole from Budget Blinds came in and started doing measurements, she let me know that I would lose much of the custom trim around my very visible, very beautiful front windows if I went with shutters (due to the mounting process and the clearance needed). Nicole was the first and only person to let me know this fact. She recommended another window treatment (which I selected) then worked with me on several occasions to find just the right color and texture to match the look and feel of my home. Gabe installed the blinds approximately three weeks after I had placed my order. He was on time, quietly went about his work and was done before I knew it. My new blinds look fantastic, work great (they have lowered the temperature in my home as I don’t have AC) and I am so happy with the product and customer service I received from Budget Blinds of Long Beach. A huge thank you to Nicole and Gabe for a job well done!

I would give zero stars if possible. I have tried to contact thing company 3 times, twice by phone & once by email. I did receive an email back shortly saying someone would contact me as soon as possible– but a week later, nothing. It’s too bad because I had a big job I wanted done– custom wood shutters on 2 large sliding doors, cellular blinds on 2 huge windows and a roller shade on a kitchen window. Will definitely look for another company. Don’t waster your time.

This company just finished installing blinds in our two bedrooms. Beautiful job! I could not agree more with the other reviewers. Gabe and Nicole were wonderful. My only regret is that we did not hire them when we put blinds up in the rest of our house a few years back. Although we used premium Hunter Douglas blinds each time, Gabe’s installation was far superior to the previous install. And nice people too!

The owners, Nicole and Gabe are an amazing couple. They were so nice to work with and their prices are great too. I’d recommend them to everyone!
