I thought I ruined my phone because it continously rebooted no matter what I did. Thankfully I was referred to this store and Elvis went above and beyond to get my phone back up and running again. He purchased the software I accidentally deleted, and had my phone back to me sooner than I expected. He definitely exceeded my expectations and saved me from having to claim my phone insurance. Definitely recommend fix it center if you’re looking for quality work at affordable prices.

So, I was walking my dog one afternoon after work and my scared the crap out of me causing me to scream, jump, and toss my phone into the air. It landed face down on the concrete. I picked my phone up and the screen to my Note 4 was totally shattered.
I rushed my phone to Fix center and the guy there assured me he could make it like new again and it’ll be ready by the next day. He also gave me a killer deal on a tempered glass screen.

With a cracked screen and the replacement part in hand, now I needed someone to fix it. I found FixCenter, and called them and explained what the problem was. The guy on the other end said he could do it and stated he would do it for a set price. So I went down, when there he stated it would be about an hour. It was 2pm, so I went home to wait. At 3:30pm I called to check the status, he needed another hour. Now it was 5:30pm and he said he was just about done. I went down, it was 6pm and he had just finished, and to make matters worse, he charged me more than what he quoted me, and was not going to honor it. This place is a definite Must Not!

This business has demonstrated that they care about customer satisfaction, even if things don’t work out at first. I recommend giving them a try.

I was originally cautious about this kinda business however I’m glad I took my broken iPhone glass to be repaired. This business is very knowledgable regarding any repair on any cellphones & tablets. Elvis (owner) is honest, top notch, a technical professional that knows how to take care of any electronics needs.
From this point forward this will be my repair shop for the future.

Don’t waste your time going to this place. Very rude guy at the front. (You won’t even be able to finish your sentence without him cutting you off) & they don’t do everything it says on here.

Broke my phone screen on a Sunday afternoon and came in on a Monday around 4:45pm for an iPhone 6 screen replacement. There was no wait, told the guy about my screen and he said it would be finished in 30 mins. I had to run an errand and told him I would be back in an hour. Came back and hour later and the phone was ready! The guys who helped me were very courteous and took the time to tell me that the phone was covered in for 90 days if anything went wrong. I would recommend coming here.

This place is the best! Quick service with great prices and customer service.
I dropped my phone onto concrete and had my iPhone 5s screen replaced here. A few days later I was having problems with it and they replaced it in an hour at no additional cost. They offer a warranty on screens!
They also sell cases and accessories at some pretty good prices.
Ps. They close at 9pm. Most other cell repair shops in the area close at around 7pm!

Update: I was able to get around not using the home button by using Apples finger swiping app (or maybe not an app, but just a feature). But within 2 weeks, the screen on my ipad air 2 came loose. So what did I do? I snapped it back into place, and I did it gently. Apparently, I didn’t do it gently enough, because the screen went blank.
Okay, so I called FixCenter and told Elvis the problem. He said: «Well you are still under 60 day warranty, so please bring it back in and we will fix it.»
I’m thinking, «Okay, great. If they do this for me, then I will certainly update my review and at least give them 3 or 4 stars.»
But here’s what happened. Elvis tells me, «Well… you cracked the screen. You shouldn’t have snapped it back into place. We can’t help you.»
I told him, «Wait. You told me over the phone that you would fix it. Then I come back again, for a THIRD TIME, and now you tell me that you can’t help me?»
He says, «Well, you shouldn’t have snapped it back into place.» Well, if they had fixed it right the first time, I wouldn’t have had this problem!!! Ugh!
After I left, he writes this to me [this is a copy and paste from his email]: «Hello. I understand you are upset and maybe mad at the fact the iPad screen stopped working, you are right the screen was under the non cosmetic warranty but was voided when it broke. I’m sorry for that… We will offer to fix your screen for $ 129.00»
WHAT??? SORRY FOR THAT?! You’re kidding? You want to charge me $ 129 to fix it a second time?!
WOW!!! STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE! AND DON’T TRUST ELVIS, BECAUSE HE HAS BLATANTLY LIED TO ME THREE TIMES NOW!!!

Several shops said they couldn’t help me fix my phone that I had just crushed in my car door. I did not know my phone Insurance was no longer active and was Royally screwed. I gave one last ditch effort to FixCenter cell phone repair. Not only did they fix my bent and crushed phone, they charged me less, fixed it faster and even bent my phone back straight by removing all the internal electronics (more work). Phone looks perfect. Just incredibly speechless. These guys are heroes! =) Bravo! Highly recommend!

I brought my phone here to get fix because the screen cracked and the young lady who took care of me was very polite… She took care of my phone with a great price. She also fixed my speakers since they were working without an additional charge… I will come back forsure! Great customer service!

Got a price quote from the mall and decided to give FixCenter a try. I got a better price than the mall, and they fixed my iPhone 5 in about 25 mins! They use real iPhone products to fix it and I’m happy with the results ! Looks brand new !

Elvis provided outstanding customer service. The price, quality and guarantee provided buy his service was exactly what I expected. He replaced my iPad screen and the wifi was not working properly. He then proceeded to replace the wifi two times until it worked properly. This is exactly the kind of customer service I look for in a business. He was quick courteous and fixed it until it was done right. Great work Elvis.

Great customer service, I highly recommend this place. Took my tablet in thinking I had to purchase a new one since it no longer was turning on and the gentleman working there easily fixed my problem for an affordable price. Definitely going back to this location if I have anymore issues with my electronics. :)

The fantastic work they did with my phone! They also have accessories, I didn’t hesitate to buy a tempered glass for my phone. Although I got the amazing warranty so if it happens again I won’t be paying full price :)) !!
