Buffalo Wild Wings

Out of all my visits to ANY Buffalo Wild Wings, today has been the best. :) made it in time for their lunch special hour *just before 2pm. AC blasting cause long beach has been pretty hot all week! Not too crowded. Greeted by all the staff immediately. Boneless wings were hot and perfect! yum. Thanks PCH BWW.

We went here as a last resort after my son’s high school graduation 06-​15-​2016 because they were the only ones open late. When we got there, it was alot of other graduates from the same school and other schools there so guess everyone had the same idea. We were told that there would be an hour wait to get our table so we decided to wait and hang out since it wasn’t a big deal. They gave the little one little tablets to play with while we waited and thought that was pretty cool.
When we were called for our reservation unfortunately that had us in 2 separate booths instead of tables together so we can interact with eachother. Then we were told that i would be another hour if we wanted to sit together at the tables. Since we were hungry and it was late we just settled for the separate booths. However the thing that sucked was she had to put everything on one tab and we all needed to pay separately which is really stupid. So I had to end up putting everything on my card at took everyone’s cash. What if you are with co-​workers and need a separate bill??? How inconvenient is that?
Anyway the food was good as always and the wings are huge and not skimpy like Wingstop. The sauce was flavorful and not too overwhelming. My son ended up getting the boneless curry wings and man they were a hit after I tried them. Next time I will order those because I love hot and spicy food. They didn’t have the family potato wedges and there weren’t enough because unfortunately I am a french fry/​potato lover.
The service was okay but since it was extremely busy I won’t say anything bad. She didn’t come back to check to see if we needed anything or refills but I understand it probably was overwhelming for our server. We had 16 people in our party so imagine how many other families were there.
When I come back in town I would probably visit this one again because it was a pleasant overall experience.

If I could give no stars I would. My friend and I came in after work, had a meal and two drinks each. Bill was $ 55, gave them our cards and magically turned into a $ 74 meal… how does that happen? Not only that, they apparently threw away the original tab and took over 30 minutes to correct. Manager was incompetent as well as his subordinates. Definitely not coming back. Save your time and energy.

Terrible service. Make sure to double check your tab or else you will be overcharged for drinks you never ordered and told that the original receipt was tossed. Waited over 30 min to get all extra charges fixed.

Kids can be noisy and eat mild wings or mini corn dogs and be happy! There are a few video games and a handheld trivia/​gaming device that is fun and can keep you busy while waiting for your food. Though you won’t wait long, BWW has fast service and fantastic servers!
They always have great beers to choose from, and now that they have a veggie plate and a veggie patty option, everyone can find something to eat here!
This is the best spot to watch sporting events! Plenty of tvs, so it’s easy to get your game on! The crowd is alway fun and cheering.
Highly recommend for loud families, fun sports fans and single people who enjoy a fun atmosphere!

Not much to complain about. The wait can be annoying at times. Good service. Great menu. Way better than Hooters.

This is our go to ultimate cheat meal spot. We always order our food to go and always order the same thing. 30 traditional wings, extra crispy, with lemon pepper. The wings are always consistent except for a few times they weren’t extra crispy but now we double check.
Had to take away a star only because every time we order never fails that we end up waiting at least 10 minutes extra for our food. We have tried leaving at 15 – 20 some times even 25 mins after we order and we always still wait at the restaurant 10 minutes extra for our food no matter what time of day. Still cant figure out why.

Had never eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings and also not a big fan of chain restaurants having worked in a couple. Must say I was so impressed with the food and service, I’ll be coming back and bringing friends. The minute we stepped in, the staff was extremely warm and welcoming. Our server was so helpful in helping us choose our beer and wings (can be overwhelming!). I got the honey BBQ (sweet wing gal) and they were amazing! My friends were laughing at me I was literally so happy with my experience here. They even split the check at the end. Big thumbs up and keep up the good work. It really makes a difference in the dining experience. **Shout out to our server, Kaitlyn!*

I’m really impressed with our service tonight (the wings were pretty bomb as well)! Our server, Kaytlin, brought our order and drinks over quickly. When she brought the check everything was split by seat so we didn’t have to deal with separating the bill. I never thought I would be this stoked on Buffalo Wild Wings, but I guess stranger things have happened.

I love coming to BWW for lunch. The Fast Break Menu is such a good deal. Our server, Derek was really helpful when it came to the new sauce, Summer Shandy, making sure I knew what I was getting myself into before I decided to order. He saved me a lot of trouble.
The food came out relatively quick and Derek was super on top of getting us refills.
4 stars for your service Derek!

I will preface this review with the notion that I am generally not a fan of large chain restaurants so I am going in with prejudice.
The last few times I have been here I’ve watched my food just sit under the heat lamps as servers other than my own just walk on by. How about some team work folks you’ve got a hungry girl over here!!! When I finally got my food it was just ok.
Lots of games on the TV’s. Sound for just one game and it’s usually way the heck too loud. Fight nights are a total madhouse. Get there early or you aren’t getting a seat.
In my book Buffalo Wild Wings is just ok.

I’m sorry, buy the bartenders need to get with it. It sad to order a beer, and not get it until 15 mins pass. Just start fresh with a new staff that is tentative! Still waiting for my ranch. Bartender Ashley

Key to great service is sit at the bar. Brittany and Andrea are awesome! We enjoyed the game bar side great food great service.

My bestfriend and I took a random ass road trip on a Monday and figured we visit the Aquarium of the Pacific and then assumed there HAS TO BE a BDUBS around here! Ahaha.
Our server Martin was amazing and funny!!!
He made us crack up and laugh hysterically!
The Manager on Duty checked up on us and was super nice, EVERYONE WAS AS WELL!
We will definitely be back someday!

I’ve been to this location a few times, but the last one is what warrants a shout out.
I went to the take-​out order booth and was helped by a young man, maybe 19 or 20, and I think he had braids — I can’t for the life of me remember his name though. Anyways, he was the absolute best.
I told him I was looking for something I could easily sneak into the movie theater (shhhh) next door and he took it on like it was a challenge.
He brought out boxes and started comparing them to the size of my purse. Once my meal was ready he double bagged it so «it wouldn’t leak in my bag and it’s also hidden in case they check». He also helped arrange it so everything fit before I left and gave me extra hand wipes since I «might spill in the dark». He was an absolute sweetheart and kinda made my night.

This is the BWW location I choose to go to. I came here last night and experienced slow service but good wings.
I ordered medium traditional size wings which comes with 15 wings and 3 flavors. I chose hot bbq, honey BWW, & chipotle bbq. The wings are really meaty which is a plus and the sauce is good. The only problem I had was we were given really dry carrots almost white looking and the slow service.
Nonetheless, when you come to eat at franchises you expect it be mediocre, so this place is overall decent.

Came here with the bae, and his friends to hang out and eat food. Their happy hour menu is pretty good, from what I could see. They have $ 3 deals on appetizers, and I ate some of the fried mushrooms, mini corn dogs, and some of the queso dip. I didn’t have any chicken though, I didn’t want to over stuff myself!
Before this, we had in-​n-​out! From what I’ve heard this place is the new plaza to hang out if you are located in Long Beach. Though I remember this center being here since 2006, it’s been upgraded. There’s an Ulta next to the BWW! :)
And in case you guys were curious, I did do a review of the restaurant in the corner called Tantulum. Though, I would not recommend that restaurant to anyone who wants to go for drinks! Save your money and come here to BWW for cheaper drinks and legit good appetizers. I mean seriously?! $ 15 for some beef and chips, when we can come to BWW and get $ 3 appetizers?!
