Slowest drive thru ever. Food is the same as all others. Nothing impressive. My hubby loves this place. Whyy

One star earn just for the new Coke Freedom Soda Machine which seems like a very awesome upgrade in theory with over 100 drink combinations but this was the wrong location to implement.
Why you ask? Every broke@$$ lowlife decided to get a clear water cup and jam the machine as they sampled every flavor combo they could think up until the machine froze up and had to reboot. Instead of getting one stolen soda and moving for the paying customers, these losers hung out in front of the machine taking turns as if it were Christmas and they got an iPad (yes the soda machine is touchscreen). 5 minutes later… after they r@ped the new machine, I asked the manager to get my drink from the back. Of course she got me the wrong drink.

This location has horrible service lazy employees and not to mention the attitudes.

The one star is for the food I like, but worse customer service ever for late night! The older guy that takes the order is rude! Never coming back here again!

This location is hard to get in and out of. They are very slow. But there isn’t another down in this area unless you drive to Compton. Food is the same as everywhere else. Been coming here for years in a pinch. I love the strawberry shakes. However, their machine tends to be down when I really want one. Grrr.

Never had a problem with this place other than the sketchy neighborhood. Everytime I do go there’s always some drug addict harassing you for change. Food always comes out the same. Customer service the same.

Thank you for being open 24hours. Its great to have you so close to home and for bad food that feels my empty stomach early mornings. I have made sure to eat less by ordering less. Accomplished by ordering 2 tacos for $ 1.00+ tax and an order of small curly fries to-​go. I usually only go here if I am extremely hungry and not in the mood in driving far. My experience at this Jack in the Box location has been different every time. Both good and bad ones eating inside and ordering from the drive thru. The worst would have to be the time I ordered at the drive thru and this extremely buff Mexican had the worst customer service by talking on his cellphone, took forever to give me my order of only two tacos, and had an attitude. To make matters worse, I went home with my two tacos without the sauce. wtf. Great job Mr. Bodybuilder of Jack In The Box! Too bad your muscles cannot move far enough to get the sauce and put two tacos in a bag quick enough. I will never forget that day and one of the reasons I never wanted to come back. Again if I find myself hungry early morning and desperate for food, I will return. Unless, I drive up to the window and see the body builder Mexican… I will drive away.

I work on the same street so I’ve been often. They have excellent service most of the time. My only issue is that they do not seem to be an equal opportunity employer. The entire staff appears to be of the same ethnic background based on my observation. Long Beach is a very diverse city, made up of many different cultures and I would like to see that reflected in the employees.

This place left their mayo out in the open. i ordered a chicken sandwich with that mayo plastered all over my sandwich. i got diarrhea for 4 days from their rotten mayo.
avoid this place at all costs.

However I don’t appreciate the new logo, the french sportster jack is just too euro for me, they should have kept it ghetto old school. Jack in the Crack is how l like to think of the place…
