Marti is such a blessing to me and my family. As a first time home buyer we were nervous but Marti made us feel comfortable. She was always available and incredible to work with. Marti is professional, kind, honest and very intuitive. In my opinion I don’t think the sellers would have accepted our offer without Marti’s guidance. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our home purchase was covered and she made our first time purchasing a home a wonderful experience. She even contacted us months after the closing of our home to address any questions. I highly recommend Marti to everyone looking to sell or purchase a home. OMGosh, am I really the first to comment? YES!
You can’t go wrong when working with Marti Brown. Among many other wonderful character traits I find her to be professional, ethical and honest. She’s also friendly, fun, intuitive, creative and dedicated.
As I entered the process of purchasing my home, I was terrified from all the horror stories I’ve heard over the years. Lucky for me (such a happy accident), Marti responded to an inquiry I made on a property and off we went. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was always informed and understood every step from offer to close of escrow.
