I can not say enough about this facility. First off, Michelle Kauffman is amazing with promos so you can try all the latest advancements in skin care with very knowledgeable staff. Her nurses are exceptional– Melanie is the BEST! You want to book with her if you can! I’m not one to overdo any crazy stuff but I like how honest this facility and natural they are. You can trust that you will leave looking fresh and natural! Really– can’t say enough! Try it and let me know– you will be happy! :)

Best experience I’ve had the staff is knowledgeable and they where truly helpful when it came to my skin conditions, will be coming back..

shelly runs the office. not sure who donna is. yetka… she is the bad one. she messed me up badddddddd. a week after my appt, i was in tears… no kidding.

i told you. i told you here on fb and i called your office … $ 300 of botox that lady put on my forehead… made my eyelids sag into my eyeballs — she was not experienced. i told her i needed the wrinkles done below and on the sides of my eyes and the middle of my eyebrows. she told me i had too many forehead wrinkles it will take 20 units to make everything even out. i told you i called you, i messaged you on the cell phone number i had in my phone. i messaged you here on friday evening you messaged me back around 7 am to see if i can make a 12 15 appt. i told you i would be there i had only $ 300 to spend. i called you from the side of the street and asked you where to park you said behind the mattress place. i did not have even $ 300 to spend… extra money. yet to look worse a week later than what i looked going in… and you all would not return any message or any phone call…, so as i said… when you called for an appt. to renew my botox… i was going to tell everyone on this www
— how you treated me. here it is… read it. you will be regretting it now for the way you treated me. i cried for days about my eyebrows falling into my eyelids and i skipped thanksgiving dinner with my family because i was so embarrassed of my appearance. i went outside only with sunglasses on and stayed inside in the evenings because it made no sense to wear sunglasses at night in public. that is how bad i looked. i cried… tears crying because i missed thanksgiving with family i had not seen in a couple of years. you all did not even offer me a 50% off to try to fix it somehow. you ignored me. so horrible. shelly, you told me you bought the spa from a friend going out of business… the receptionist blonde chickee was so lovely, very nice. however yetka… my botox professional… so you thought she was… is now going to be a major downfall for your company. i paid you $ 300 for her to make me look so awful i was embarrassed to see my family. unreal.
is all you! consumer affairs also looking into who is licensed there to give injections. not cool to the people who walk in expecting good service and handing you over their good money to be cheated and serviced by staff who are not experienced or licensed.
no schooling. just inject where you think it will work. Then try to upsell to a cosmetic peel? Gees. my face would have burned to a cinder if I would have fallen for it.

So far so good. I had brown spots and after one facial and one IPL (Intense Pulse Light), I see a positive difference – my skin is clearer and more even. Michelle is an expert and makes you feel at ease with the process. Joni, who did the IPL, was very knowledgable about the process. They are professionals. The staff was nice too. I look forward to continuing my business with them as well as referring clients to them. Prices are very competitive too. Be aware – moving forward always use sunscreen on your face!!! Period!!!

I was very pleased when I entered the spa. Very beautiful with a relaxing feel. The employees were excellent. Greeted me with water at check in. Very personable. The esthetician even came out and set me up with a free sample kit so i could try out their products! I highly recommend this spa to all of my long beach people. Great team of people working here.

Michelle is the best esthetician around! I have been going to Michelle for years and drive from Pasadena to Long Beach because she is that good. Extremely knowledgeable about skin care and the science behind it, she really understands what my skin needs to look its best — she gives an incredible facial. When giving me my myotonology treatment she is focused & has an in-​depth knowledge of what muscles to work. Michelle knows her stuff & stays current in her field. I often get compliments on how great my skin looks & people think I’m years younger than I am. I highly recommend Polish RX and Michelle. She does amazing work!
