I wish i didn t have to do that but i have no other choice. Here is the story: I called to order a medium pizza(light sauce, mushrooms, black olives and clean cut which is what i order once or twice a week for last 2 years) for delivery the guy said that they can t deliver which is ok if they are busy or if they didn t have a driver. So i said ok i will pick up. I sent my friend to pick up the order. Pizza comes with green peppers in addition to what i asked for. That s also ok. I would call that a misunderstanding while taking the order. So i called back to let them know that they gave me the wrong pizza. Guy did not accept that it was wrong he claimed that i asked for green peppers which i did not. As someone ordering the same pizza at least 60 times a year i know what i ordered. I asked if he could make a new one. He said he cant. I was shocked. i asked him why. He say you asked for green peppers. while i was trying to explain him what might happened he hung up the phone on my face. I can tolerate everything but being rude to a customer is not acceptable at all.

Sad to say I won’t be ordering again treated me as if I wasn’t a loyal customer. Then on top of that didn’t bring me all of my order. Whoever the guy taking the orders over the phone was very rude and short. Definitely the last order I will be placing there ever.

AWFULAWFULAWFUL. Let me preface this by saying that I work in a very busy restaurant myself and have been ordering from here for months and have never had any issues — until just now. First of all, the place is an 8 minute drive from my house according to Google Maps. I called to place an order for one medium pizza at 12:48pm and was told 15 minutes. An hour later I called and said I ordered a pizza an hour ago and was interrupted and asked for my address and was told the driver just left. At 2:15pm the pizza arrived with a 12oz soda for free accompanying it as if that were going to make up for waiting an hour and a half for one $ 20 pizza in the middle of a Wednesday. I explained to the driver that the three dollar bills were his tip for making the trip to the house but that I refused to pay for the pizza that took an hour and a half and that if they would like to give me a call they could. He called the restaurant and I tried to talk to the person at the store who instead yelled at me and treated me the worst anyone in a restaurant has ever treated me. He said I could give the pizza and soda back or pay for it and I explained to him that I also work in a busy restaurant and that I understood being busy but that an hour and a half was unacceptable and trying to make me pay for it was not okay. The driver started yelling at me while I was talking and the man at the store was also yelling at me over the phone and then he just hung up on me altogether. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experience but that was not all. When I came back inside the house my cell phone had a voicemail left on it from the owner explaining that they would no longer accept orders to my address, which does not bother me in the least since I would never order from them again anyway, and that the driver would be paying for my pizza. I called the store back in the hopes of speaking to an owner or a manager on duty and the man who I had spoken to before told me he was the owner as if it were going to scare me. Infuriated at this point, I tried to tell him how ridiculous it was that he owns the place and he not only treats his customers that way but also his employees but he would not stop talking over me and after thirty seconds of being legitimately yelled at while I was trying to speak, he hung up on me AGAIN. It infuriated me more that the driver was going to be blamed and held responsible for the restaurant’s mistake. That should never happen. The prices are not worth the food and the utter lack of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I will never be ordering from here again anyway, but for the driver to be held responsible for a pizza that cost $ 20 and took an hour and a half and I was still asked to pay for it is absolutely ridiculous and quite honestly offensive.

I ordered delivery from here and while the pizza was decent I could have had the same quality from Papa Johns. My real problem came with the wings which had clearly just been reheated because the sauce was burnt onto them and it wasn’t very flavorful. They also were fatty and dry which is the grossest combination ever. The real kicker however comes when I pulled out the 20oz Vanilla Coke I ordered and saw that part of it was drank and the cap wasn’t securely fastened. So that was super nasty, not sure if my delivery driver got thirsty or what but it’s just down right gross!

This place was really good. It wasn’t greasy. Good customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again. I got a chicken cheese steak. The fries could use some work. However the sandwich was really good.

Aroma has single handidly restored my faith in eat 24. After so many failures aroma comes through with successful order after successful order. No matter what it is I get they get the order correct and they arrive pretty quick. Even if I order 2 hours before they open they’ll show up with the right stuff at the right time Their food is great. Being a security guard you’re always in the hunt for a good delivery lunch place and you’re pretty much stuck with pizza and Chinese because they’re usually the only ones that’ll deliver, Aroma is my new favorite lunch spot at work I’ve gotten everything from pizza, wings, cheese sticks, chicken nuggets and garlic bread and I’ve always wiped the proverbial plate clean. They have canned Pepsi, need I say more? They’ve got the two liter or the 20 oz I mean talk about variety. So if you’re like me and you have to have lunch delivered check out aroma pizza I hope you’re as impressed as I am

We were on a DC trip with a large group and had about 7 different orders go in to Aroma Wednesday evening to be delivered to a hotel. It was the worst service and food wasn’t good either. The last two orders didn’t arrive until TWO hours later. We expected the pizzas to be free with that long of a wait, but they refused and said they would take the pizzas back if we didn’t want them. We had already waited two hours for the pizzas, so why would we want them to take it back? Their excuse was that they were closing at 11(all orders were put in before 9:30) and they had to go back and clean up and close up their business. Yes, you are a business and you serve customers and part of that is customer satisfaction and closing up shop at the end of the night! They told us everyone was told their order would be delivered within an hour, but that still didn’t explain a two hour wait for the last orders. I’m sure pizzas would have been free had it been a larger chain. And they also messed up several orders, but at that point it was too late and not worth the effort. We come back to the area every year and we will not be ordering pizza from them again. We should’ve listened to the concierge and have ordered elsewhere!

This is a fantastic place for delivery if you are in their area and from what I can tell their delivery area is fairly wide. We order from here often and everything is delicious and still hot when we get it. We’ve ordered the lasagna, pizza, subs, fries, and salads. The order takers are always courteous as well as the delivery drivers.

Each time I order from them, their food seems to get better and better! Steak and cheese is a very tasty one(not too greasy, full of meat and toppings). Delivery time is prompt and the food always arrives hot.

We order pizza from here every Friday. The restaurant is family owned and they are all friendly and helpful. My kids love their pizza and my husband and I enjoy the calzone. Decent prices for good quality! My husband loves their wings. They have a lot of variety, but we tend to stick to the same things. I would recommend supporting this business — it’s great!

Their flyer which gets delivered to me every week(which gets really old) shows that they are open until 11pm. I call to make an order 3 nights in a row at 10:30pm and the phone just rings and rings. I’d give a better review but I can’t seem to be able to order anything and I’m getting really tired of getting their flyers every week.

First review went well. We had high hopes for the second. What really upset me was after paying a decent price for three appetizers and their«Two 12″ sub, chips and soda deal» I was severely disappointed. They served me a moldy sandwich — a good spot of it that I saw is dark and green. That bread was sitting for quite a while before it made its way out the door to our home. Sadly, I made it through half of my sandwich before I saw this. My fiancé’s sandwich was fine. He called in to report it, and the owner or manager on duty called him a liar, in so many words, saying that«I don’t believe you, Sir.» My message to Aroma? Well, believe the picture he’s going to show you if you’re going to act ignorant and ignore a food quality problems and potential health problems. It’s your business, run it and act like it. Don’t blame the customer because you are too cheap to admit you’re serving your customers old food and they call you out on it. At this rate, I’m glad this happened now, before we wasted any money on them. I could make a better sandwich at home; and I will. Especially if I need an extra shot of penicillin in my food that I won’t have to pay a delivery fee for. And for the record, the appetizers sucked.

The owners, Zubair and his wife, Ishrat, are FABULOUS! They know my voice when I call and we are on a first name basis. They know«the usual» for me. Their pizza is the best in the area and you will not be disappointed. The service is fast. FANTASTIC! Shawn and Linda Lorton, VA

Great Prices for Lunch or even Dinner if you’d like. Pizza here is awesome, it has like a spicy flavory kick in the bread or in the marinara. I don’t know but it’s delicious! You can get a Small Pizza for $ 5.99. Has great late hours too, not many places to eat on the industrial side of Lorton but Aroma keeps me full and happy. Glad I have found this gem, Nice Staff and Nice People.

The majority of the restaurants at Telegraph Square Drive have a strong reputation for good tasting food… Aroma’s Pizza Plus holds up that reputation. On a whim decided to try out Aroma’s for dinner. Me and spouse ordered two specialty pizza’s. One pepperoni and onion, the other was pepperoni and chicken. I’m an avid onion lover and have tried onions on pizza from several chain restaurants and locally owned restaurants. Almost always either the onions are LOUD or non-existent. Aroma seems to have a nice middle ground when it comes to it. My onions had a great flavor and presence without being obvious or smelly. Also the onions had a nice sweetness to it that I really enjoyed. Sauce, pepperoni, and crust were good. Altogether a good pizza. My spouse had the pepperoni and chicken(I’ll be getting this one next time). The pepperoni had good flavor but the chicken is what really made the pizza sing. Flavorful and filling. Restaurant: its really a pick-up and go establishment Customer Service: Quick, friendly, and helpful. When I went to pick up my pizza I was greeted as I came in, paid, and was out the door in under 30 seconds. Biggest rule of thumb for a restaurant to succeed: Food will get them through the door, service will get them to return… so keep it up. Criticism: When answering the phone and taking orders, have more of a direct presence. I liked that the phone was answered«Aroma’s Pizza»…but that was it. Maybe help steer the conversation and say«Aroma’s Pizza, how can I help you». And also it would be nice if adding spices(such as crushed red peppers) can be done to each pizza without charge.
