Great place for delivery for just a quick pizza and wings after work or before the game.

Vocellis used to be a good alternative to papa johns. They made a decent pizza. Now the service has gone to hell in many locations. While the pizza is certainly better than dominos or Pizza Hut the lack of customer appreciation keeps me from being a customer.

Don’t waste your time with this franchise. The owner is cheap and the help is awful. Tried to order twice. Once in person and asked why they didn’t accept online orders. Was told it cost $ 1.00 more from the franchise. CHEAP!
The second time they couldn’t understand English on the phone. asked my phone number 3 times. Put me on hold when the computer wouldn’t work. Eventually hung up on me and didn’t call back. OMG!

I have always had a great delivery experience with Vocelli’s, but after stepping foot in this place, I won’t be ordering here again. The bathrooms were filthy, and had waste on the floor, and had a handful of napkins to use instead of toilet paper. There was smeared food on the floors. I walked out before ordering anything.

The wings and Stromboli are really delicious, but the pizza is a little lack luster… which might not be surprising for me, since I’m from the Chicago area (home of the deep dish). I was a little disappointed to hear that they couldn’t make a margherita pizza, nor did they carry any giardiniera. The plus side to this place is the value (have you seen their coupons?!) and like I mentioned before, some of the other items listed on their menu.

I have eaten take away and delivery from this location about 6 times and have always received prompt service and delicious pizza. Their thin crust pizzas are amazing! They really do a great job.
If you are in need of pizza that is better than the national chains and not too expensive, this is the place. Why order in from anywhere else?
