This isn’t even a real Uhaul company! They run their so called«business» out of a pool supply company. I was told by their Uhaul employee, Roger, that a 2-wheel tow dolly was ideal for a 4-wheel drive vehicle. NOT! His mistake has cost me over $ 3000 in a broken transfer case, drive shaft, and rear differential. When I filed a claim with Uhaul Roger lied and said he printed out instructions with the receipt. IF he had done so, I would have read it diligently and would have avoided this mess to begin with. The way Uhaul has treated my family is dispicable. You just should NOT treat people that way. It is wrong. Never again will I rent with Uhaul. Plus as others have written on Uhaul’s headquarter sites, their online booking is a scam. NO discounts are given in any way as they advertise.
