This place is awesome to come to. They have great coffee deals in the afternoon, and their staff is always friendly and ready to take your order with a smile. I am not a fan of their food. Most orders are small portions, and I didn’t find it to be so tasty. But I do love swinging by for a quick coffee run. They have a special iced latte they call the Francois! LOVEIT. Great around 2PM when you need to step away from your desk and grab a quick pick-me-up.

First off, this place is extremely convenient for me. Place a phone order, take the elevator down, and my food is all ready for pickup. They have daily specials for breakfast and lunch, whixh essentially provide a free drink; maybe a side. I typically get the breakfast burrito. The veggie burrito is pretty good, filled with egg, hash brown, tomato, mushroom, and avacado. The turkey burrito is decent; best to ask them to spread everything out or else turkey will be on one side, hash brown on the egg, egg somewhere in the middle, and salsa on either side. For the price, definitely other options around more filling, larger size, and a bit more flavorful. Not bad for days walking anywhere outside the building is not favorable. Cookies and brownies are pretty good here too. Serve it up with a glass of milk for my afternoon pick me up please.

Bites is amazing!!! The owner is the nicest guy ever and always treats us well. I always get the breakfast burrito(the sausage is my fav & the chorizo one is the bomb… ANDTHEYPUTHASHBROWNSINTHEBURRITOOMG!), and a large iced coffee almost every morning. Ive tried pretty their whole menu and everything is so yummy and convenient since i work in the building. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who will listen. They bake fresh cookies in house & have different breakfast/lunch specials every day. NOM.

Bites goes beyond your run of the mill high-rise building eatery. There’s a reason I walk there almost every day instead of the café in my own building, and that reason is the service. Francois and team treat their customers like they’ve been friends forever. You’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. The lunch food is fresh and healthy. If you’re having a rough work day, the classic rock jams always playing will get you smiling and tapping your toes(if not full on dancing and singing)! This is exactly what I want when I need get out for a quick bite for lunch to fight the afternoon slump.

Eats is a great place to hang out and enjoy a cup of Lavazza Coffee, I come down for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Food is good and the coffee is definitely one of the best coffee’s around! Great atmosphere as well as friendly staff.

Everyone at Bites is great! Very friendly and easy going about special requests. I recommend the chorizo burrito or the California scramble for breakfast. They also have delicious coffee and almond milk available. For lunch, the Garlic Chicken Panini is delicious or sometimes I just get a scoop of Tuna Salad. A good trick is to call your order in ahead of time so it is ready for pick up.

So this café JUST opened up in the bottom of our building. You get 2 stars for your staff, who are always pleasant. But my first food experience was terrible. How do you so badly screw up a breakfast burrito? I hate to bash a new business, but you aren’t necessarily new. You have a location just across the block. And a breakfast burrito, seemingly easy to make, was inedible. The ice cold unmelted cheese together with the ice cold salsa, placed in with lukewarm scrambled eggs, and unrecognizable chunks of dry sausage pucks… I took 3 bites, and into the trash it went. I’ve heard complaints about their serving sizes with the sandwhiches and increased pricing, so will probably avoid this place all together. Note to the owner, if you want to compete with the food trucks that park on the street, you have to offer at the very least, food that tastes just as good. Charge what you want but it has to be of a better quality.

I work around the area so, I usually go here for snacks or if I am too lazy to walk around Westwood to get lunch. It is in the same building as Equinox. The staff is friendly and they are fairly quick to get the food out. My favorite thing to order is the chicken quinoa salad tossed. They give you alot and the price is not too bad, I think around $ 13 with the chicken. But, the salad last me 2 – 3 meals. For breakfast, I usually order their breakfast burrito. Nothing special but at least it is not super greasy. Also, its only $ 5 compared to $ 10 at Trimana.

Quite possibly the worst sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The prices are high, even if you were getting a better sandwich. However, you get the most anemic, rip off of a sandwich I’ve ever wasted money on. Ordered a BLT, 1 slice of bacon on the whole thing, just cut up to look like more. The tomato was thin as paper, the lettuce was the bitter white parts, one piece of provolone in the middle of the bread, to appear to be more, didn’t even cover the sandwich. The person at the counter didn’t say hi, or thank you or indicate she had any manners at all whatsoever. Apparently the menu on their website is obsolete also. I could make a better sandwich at home for a buck or two. If I’m paying for convenience, then I could go to Jersey Mikes and pay the same price for a great, giant sub, or to Subway for a delicious sub for half the price. This is a complete waste of money, to the point that it could almost be called a scam. The building should get a new vendor, this one’s absolute rubbish.

I’ve gone there a few times. Every time I go, I end up waiting 20 minutes to get my food, even side orders of bacon. It never fails. Prices are expensive and you don’t get your money’s worth. I prefer to go to Trimana which is a block away. There I get more for money and I don’t have to wait 20 minutes for a side of bacon.

Portions down, prices up. $ 12 for a quinoa salad with tuna which cost $ 10.50 a few weeks ago. Disappointing.

When I first starting working on the west side, I loved this place. It’s right next door, so obviously the convenience factor is nice. I absolutely LOVE their Quinoa salad and their made-to-order sandwiches are good as well. Here’s the problem: new owners took over in June 2014 and it isn’t the same. The Quinoa salad is still amazing, but it’s HALF the size! The other problem is the service; the last few times my husband I had lunch there our sandwiches were made incorrectly.

I am very surprised with the reasonable prices, the L.A. Area is usually very expensive. I am going to put this on my radar no doubt!!!

A-OK! I once ate here everyday for an entire week and still only had one thing: The Veggie Burger. It’s pretty good! I like how you can choose from a plethora of toppings, cheeses, sauces, breads, and veggies. The prices are high but it’s conveniently located if you work in the building. The staff are nice and patient too. I recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice.

Dear owner of Bites Café, I get that you are in a high-end office building on Wilshire Boulevard and rent is high and all, and one expects to pay a little premium on the price of a sandwich or a salad. I get this, and accept it; no problem. Here is the problem though, you advertise for a Lunch Special which rotates each day with Mondays, today, listing any classic salad and Tuesdays the Chicken Sandwich, etc. So today I ordered the Special and choose the classic Asian salad as my Lunch special. I noticed when it was rung up the clerk put in $ 8.45 and I asked, «wasn’t this the special and she says, only if you order the Chips and Soda for $ 1.50 more.» Hey wait a minute your advertisements says«Today’s Special Any Classic Salad, add a drink and chips for $ 1.50 more». So I asked, «What if I just want the special and not the chips and drink, and the clerk says well then it is $ 8.45»(the normal price). Dear Owner, this good Sir, is False Advertisement and is a clever trick to get orders of your special when it is anything but special as far as price goes. We are talking about a very little margin here but it is the absolute principle of the matter at stake and probably the reason your average Unilocal rating is 2 and ½ stars. I for one protest. Overall I like this place it is conveniently located near my Office, The food is excellent, there are very nice tables outside, and it is very clean. Your staff is polite and helpful, and the food tastes great and is decent in nourishment and healthiness. Why would you screw it all up by clever little games in advertisement and a lunch special scam like this? So for now 3-stars, in line with your average. Change your lunch special policy and I will go higher as I actually like this place save for this poor choice in pricing policy.
