Really good burritos! Best staff! Spend way too much money here but am so happy they are our neighborhood café.

Updating my review because although I said I wouldn’t return, I did and to my surprise it drastically improved! Not only has the food improved but the coffee is delicious to say the least. And the customer service has been on point too. Much friendlier. Smiles. And nice greetings. I usually order an iced Spanish latte –tasty & amazing. The chicken Caesar wrap w a spinach tortilla is my go-to and it’s delicious!!! I’ve come here on a Sunday for their brunch. There’s usually a guy making breakfast specials, omelets etc. And boyyyy were they good!!! The guy makes them right in front of you and you choose whatever you’d like inside of it. I got an omelet w cheese, spinach, tomato, and avocado. It came w a side of potatoes and fruit. AMAZING. I will definitely be coming back for the breakfast specials. And I’ve been coming here often for my Spanish lattes and wraps. So happy this place improved!!! Tasty coffees, delicious food & beautiful outdoor scenery. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a bit pricey — but if you don’t mind paying $ 4.95 for an iced Spanish latte and $ 7 for a chicken wrap, I don’t mind either! Tip: if you want to avoid spending $ 5 on a side of fruit order one of the panini’s– it comes w a side of fruit! Order the grilled chicken breast panini! It’s to die for! And their best smoothie is Tropical. Its pricey, $ 4.75– but tastyyyy. I’ve tried them all and tropical is the best.

The location is great but the owner is not uniformly nice to everyone. And the coffee is weak!!!

I used to live in Park La Brea and only really tried it out towards the end of my stay — I regret this a lot because I love this place! I’m back in LA for a few days and I made sure to stop by! Make sure to get a parking pass from the gate – just tell them you are headed here and they will give you one for your dash. Also, I don’t think it goes by Jessica’s café anymore, it is now called Curson Café.

This place has the best sandwiches and drinks!!! Its seriously better than a lot of other cafes I’ve been to around the area. I sometimes wish I lived in park la brea just so I can go here every morning. The girl that works here is also really cute and I think she is single!

The bad: I come here pretty often and I’ve eaten a few lunches here. My biggest complaint is the low level of freshness at this café. I got a chicken caesar salad once and the romaine was wilted, chicken was so hot and tasted gross and microwaved. The cheese was not great either, one of those cheap grade parmasan that is only a level higher from the powdered parmasan stuff you get in a green bottle. They really shouldn’t cheap out on the ingredients when they charge 9.99 for a measly looking chicken caesar. Seriously this salad tasted so horrible. Also let’s talk about their americano that tastes burned and stale ALLTHETIME. This also comes to me as a surprise because people get coffee here all the time!!! Go to the Burnside café. the one that is in the middle circle place past fuller. Their americano is phenomenal and the bean is fresh. The better/good, and things they should work on: Their prosciutto panini on ciabatta(you can pick other kinds of bread but I think ciabatta is the best) is pretty good but again they skimp out on the freshness of the cantaloupe. The fruit salad that comes with it also lacked in its freshness. While this combo is not a bad price, their normal fruit salad(the one you get on its own) has berries and other fruits… and the discrepancy is rather disappointing! The fruit salad that comes with the food, is not fresh and usually sits there for a while. They need to work on keeping their ingredients fresh!!!

The chicken pesto and chicken bacon sandwiches on ciabatta from LBB are so good– minus one star due to price.

Park La Brea residents have Jessica’s Café in their backyard tucked between high-rise towers and manicured grounds, an oasis for organic ingredients, healthfully prepared . My clients here raved and recommended I give Jessica’s a try, so glad I did. The Breakfast Panini, fluffy eggs, just the right amount of ham, cheese, on perfectly toasted ciabatta, was low in additional fat, low in sodium and generous enough to share . Creative fare on the menu boards, daily specials and friendly service mean I’ll be back next time my business brings me to Park La Brea.

There’s nothing better than grabbing a piping hot latte from Jessica’s Café and taking a nice stroll around the neighborhood on a brisk November morning! Or stopping by for a made-to-order omelet and chilling with a newspaper for awhile amidst the Park La Brea towers.

Their sandwiches are just like Il Tramezzino on Canon Dr. Beverly HIlls. I honestly love their sandwhiches, it is delicious. Coffee is alright, not the best, but it’s in such a convenient location inside the park at Park La Brea. Cute and convenient.

Some of the best sandwiches ever, featuring ingredients you won’t find at Subway: eggplant, roasted peppers, pesto sauce. Great veggie sandwiches as well as high-quality meat, and wonderful choices of bread. They press and heat the sandwiches, so maybe that makes them panini? Our friends had this place cater a party in the adjacent park, and the sandwiches were so good that we had to go back. Atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, with clean metal tables and chairs. Today they had a separate outdoor cooking station serving a variety of grilled specials. If you don’t live in Park LaBrea, you can still ask the guard at the gate to let you go to the«Curson Café.» About $ 3 more than Subway, but the difference is like night and day.

This place has a bunch of… basically garden food? What’s garden food? It’s like, food you would eat at a garden: Sandwiches, coffee/tea, FroYo, fruit/salad, cookies, madelines… You see the trend here? So you can eat it here everything is +/-$ 10 so I suppose it’s reasonable. But you don’t want to eat here all the time. I go here most of the time for cookies they have and open aired WiFi. (Sure, it’s comfy working in your home but you just need to get to the outdoors to work on something on your computer). I live ridiculously close to here so I frequent it. There could be a slaughter house here, and as long as they provided free WiFi and cookies I’d frequent it. It helps there are nice Mexicans working there too!

Jessica Café aka Curson Café is located inside of Park La Brea. I frequent this place whenever I’m out of food. which is pretty often. They have fresh sandwiches & salads, which are delicious! They always have a selection of fresh fruit and desserts, which I get in addition to my sandwiches. Yes, I’m a fatty. I like to eat :) A must if you live inside Park La Brea. I think this is the only thing I like about Park La Brea…
