Excellent doctor and staff!!! My mother has be going to him for years to treat her macular degeneration and Dr. Small is the best retinologist to be found in the Los Angeles area because of his decades in this field. He always takes time to explain what he is doing and why which makes us feel at ease. We drive an hour and a half, each way, once a month for her treatment because he is that good. The staff is very helpful and kind, as well. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my elderly cousin to Dr. Small for years for Macular Degeneration, and Dr. Small has managed to keep it from progressing for all this time. He’s extremely knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy, and all of the staff are friendly, competent and helpful. I’d recommend Dr. Small without hesitation.

Dr. Small is a great doctor. He was very caring and helpful and my condition was treated in no time. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about the field, I can’t imagine going to anyone else. I’ve been coming to his office for 5 years now and couldn’t describe a better practice even if I tried. The staff is very friendly and does a great job of taking care of you. The manager Jessica is also very attentive. I recommend Dr. Small and his office if you’re looking for the right doctor.
