McDonald’s

Well I went to McDonald’s early in the morning I got a sausage biscuit and and an apple juice the girl that did my order forgot my Apple juice I wasn’t mad because I know they are busy so I called McDonald’s and told them the problem to the manager named Andy he immediately solve my problem. telling me to just come by anytime of the day I came back in the afternoon and a girl named Leslie was very nice and asked me what kind of drink did I want and told me she’ll just give me a smoothie for the inconvenience great service thanks

Great service. Friendly and person knew how to use app. He was quick. Got me through quick.

Good and fast service.
Employees here are on it and hustle orders out. Liked the way the offered to help me when the soda machine was sputtering the Diet Coke.
Manager jumped in and filled my soda from the drive thru so I don’t have to wait.
Great team.

This particular location has poor service all around. As many others have conveyed, the staff is slow and will occasionally mess up the order. Getting my order wrong happens too often.
After calling their corporate office twice and receiving free meal vouchers from local management, the experience at this McD’s continues to be subpar.
The better McD’s in the area is the one at the corner of Vermont and Pico.

I initially came in to use the ladies room… but it was not the first time i been here, i just never checked in or wrote a review.
This Mc Donald’s is by my work and I sometimes come through the drive thru, this morning I decided to get myself a Deluxe platter… i been craving pancakes but I also wanted a breakfast sandwich. Great combo the Deluxe Platter is. just added a coffee with 5 of cream and 5 of sugar. love my sweets!
I noticed the restaurant is much more cleaner compare to previews visits. To my surprise they had staff take you food to the table like at other fast food restaurants and they greet you as you walk in. I was like WOW… can’t wait to come back and eat my food at the restaurant.
My order was to go and it was nice and quick. in and out !

Service is horribly slow, restaurant is dirty and run down. I’m too scared to sit inside and eat it’s that ghetto

If I could give this McDonald’s 0 star rating I WOULD! They always mess up my order. Long wait when you order by the drive thru. Bad customer service. Never coming back here again.

Al I wanted to do was get a mini skating work out with my younger bro to McDonald’s for some spicy chickens and cheeseburgers… After getting my order, I had to wait five minutes for someone to fill my cup with soda, since half of the sodas only had carbonated water, no soda syrup. Then Opening my spicy chicken the bread is burnt. I’m tired. I didn’t complain. But goddammit. They weren’t even apologetic, the damn shift manager was even goofing off while there was a line of customers waiting to be helped out. Poor cashier was running around filling cups and such, even seemed lost. As I waited for another spicy, hoping for a soft fresh microwaved bread, I noticed next to the ice cream machine and candy condiments the damn trash can was inbetween the coffee station and the ice cream one, not only that but it was full to the brim. And the shift manager just kept on adding trash bags and used hand gloves. Idk about you, but I felt disgusted. I had to give the chicken sandwich to my brother, my appetite was lost. Even the car window associate was telling the shift manager to help the poor cashier. One star for this visit. Horrid. Horrid. Horrid.

If you like getting a wrong order and like waiting for a while then this McDonalds is for you.

Don’t go to many McDonalds but this one has so many people outside of it at 4am. And doesn’t have a breakfast menu on the drive thru. It’s has a picture of 3 breakfast sandwiches but nothing saying price or orange juice or anything. Hopefully they fix that

Made me wait for over 20min in the drive thru. I arrived around 10pm to the restaurant for a simple 20pc nuggets and a large coke.
They took for ever and when I actual reached the window they told me my food wasn’t ready and to pull up to a designated drive thru waiting area.
Lack of customer service and wouldn’t return to this restaurant.

1. Place — I find their place very poor in-​terms of cleanliness. They should know that cleaning their place is one of the top most priorities.
2. Food — Its okay, but I hardly eat it because it had this off smell. I don’t know what it is but I am sure that the smell is not that good.
3. Service — Another poor thing in this place is that they lack the good people to serve the customers.
Not so good.

Decent service from the cashiers but there’s never any tables available in the evenings/​nights it’s always packed with casino people just loitering, they just sit there for their buses it’s annoying how they have the signs of no loitering yet they let all these people and bums just hang around with out buying anything and actual patrons that do buy don’t have anywhere to sit and eat, the bathrooms are filthy it’s horrible

Great drive thru time, orders are accurate, people are friendly. Hot food. There are two McDonald’s near where I live. I always go to this one instead

Today was a day of «fattest things I’ve ever done» for me, and mcdonalds helped me to achieve new highs of fatness! Lol, I’ve only been here for the drive through.
My sister and I both think that this mcdonalds has ice cream that far outshines that of any other mcdonalds… although we are not micky d connoisseurs so take that as you will.
Couldn’t bring myself to rate it above three stars for obvious reasons, but as far as McDonald’s goes, this one is pretty good!

They have the nerve to be playing Motown and have a host of latin cooks. Im starting to think there exploiting minorities. This place has lower the bar to new low’s. When I say this place is gross it really is. The restrooms are gross the donning area is even grosser i do mot recommend this dump to anyone. above all they forgot to give me my cherry on top of my chocolate shake that took 5 minutes to make. While standing in line the cashier waved her hand at me as if I was incapable of seeing that i was the next customer. This was rude but she at least had a smile on her face. Wait do i remember her being a manager doesn’t matter cause it was half way melted after she pretended to call me

Trying to let go all the bad experiences from this location but I couldn’t help myself any longer. Drove through for a chicken nuggets combo on a day that you ran out of creativity of what’s for lunch. I asked for ranch dipping sauce since McDonald’s no longer carry my favorite sweet & chili sauce and a coke.
Proceeded to the first window, made a payment and pulled forward to the second window for my first meal of the day. I then drove myself back to work without inspecting the contents inside the bag. Once I opened it, I found barbecue sauce instead of ranch. I got a little upset but it’s alright, till the point I had my drink. It’s DIET-​coke not a regular coke!
What’s the point of you, McDonald’s crews asking your customers choices of sauce, what kind of drink or so and so when you would wanna throw whatever you feel like into a bag?
*Very hungry and very upset.

I go here for my morning coffee maybe a hasbrown for the dog the people are friendly and nice… its always crowded I guess this is the hang out spot but its cool this one is super close to my house so until I move ill be back ;)

I mean… it’s McDonalds. I got my car broke into here so don’t stay here too long or keep an eye on your car.
I tried the wings here which are new. They’re actually pretty damn good.
I don’t eat at McDonald’s very often… but when I do I eat too much. I only recommend this place if you exercise regularly.
