My Los Angeles Florist

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday last Wednesday. The photo on the website of the arrangement I purchased for her was completely different to what was delivered, I will post a photo. What I ordered was beautiful and graceful, what was delivered totally different color and was clumpy and ugly.
The note I typed to go with the flower delivery arrived with my daughter’s name misspelled and «daughter» was written «doughter». Embarrassing to me as it was supposed to show my daughter how special she was…
I wrote an email to Helen together with full photos and heard nothing back… very poor customer service. Beware of this vendor, don’t use them.

I wanted to surprise the special woman in my life with flowers. I happened to be in West Hollywood and stumbled upon Hermine’s floral shop. I didn’t really know what I wanted, or much about what to ask for. Hermine walked me through lots of amazing options and was full of fantastic suggestions of how to impress my girl. She put together a gorgeous arrangement of hydrangeas and small white tulips. It was an absolutely stunning arrangement, and her price was extremely reasonable. Hermine was so wonderful the whole way through and made this clueless guy feel very comfortable. My girlfriend melted when she saw her flowers! Hermine will definitely do our future wedding! I give Hermine my highest recommendation.

The most amazing profound flower experience I have ever had in my entire lifetime. Helen was the most gracious owner and went out of her way to make my flower delivery even on the day of Valentines and even added 4 extra flowers. Amazing customer service and highly recommend Helen and her shop :)

I ordered flowers for a friend starting a new job. I really liked the selection on their site, and the reviews here were so positive I figured nothing could go wrong. I received my order confirmation and was good to go. The next day, I didn’t hear anything from my friend nor did I get a delivery confirmation email like you do with most florists. I emailed them to see if everything made it ok, and I will give Helen credit, she called me right away and said it had made it there. Here’s where things got odd… That night, I got an email saying «Here’s a sneak peek of YOUR arrangement before it heads out the door!» As if I was getting a picture of it before it was delivered, after they had confirmed it had already gone out. Well, the image they sent was GORGEOUS and made me really happy, so I assumed it was just a delayed email. Then my friend text me thanks with a picture and it was NOT the same arrangement they had sent the picture of. Not at all… In fact, it was completely missing one of the flower types that was featured in both the image I ordered and the picture that was supposedly the one being delivered. The arrangement was still pretty, and it made it on time, it’s just the shop’s marketing that is a bit misleading and confusing and the reason I’m not giving a higher rating.

The pictures certainly look lovely, but whats the point of offering a 20% discount on instore order if you can’t order anything in the store? I drove to the store today based on Unilocal reviews and noticing the 20% off deal because i needed to get an arrangment for a friend. I was told by a very confused and unhelpful looking person that it wasn’t possible to get flowers and they had no flowers available for anything in the actual store. I don’t think it’s crazy to go to a florist for flowers? She acted like i was an idiot for thinking i could walk in and purchase something. I guess i should have called to verify that they actually carried flowers for purchase (really??), but annoying waste of 30 minutes driving in Sunset traffic.

Absolutely stunning arrangement, and excellent service from Helen! Highly recommend!

A little different than what was pictured online, but overall a very good & pleasant experience.

My honey was really impressed by the flowers i got her and especially she mentioned setup that she has never seen, she overcome even my expectations. That’s what I call the real florist, and not just regular flowers shop, which you can fine on every corner. I will definitely recommend

I cannot recommend Helen and her shop highly enough. I came in last minute for Mother’s Day and Helen helped me out without a second’s thought. She put together an absolutely beautiful bouquet at a moment’s notice, cleaned up the vase I brought, and added a few bits of flair to it. She was incredibly sweet and accommodating. The seal of approval? My mother who has a major green thumb could not have been happier or more impressed.

I found this florist based on Unilocal reviews and they absolutely did not disappoint. Helen captured the spirit of the gift that I wanted to send and sent me email confirmations as well as a text of the bouquet. My friend was FLOORED by the bouquet — she said it was literally the most beautiful bouquet she had ever seen — and that says a lot for Hollywood!

I needed to find yellow tulips on a Saturday night. When all the flower shops were closing or didn’t have the flowers I was looking for, Helen was my savior! She was really helpful on the phone, created the bouquet and delivered it herself in a very short amount of time, and the recipient loved them! Very trustworthy and reliable. I will definitely be calling her shop first, next time I need flowers.

, a website that connects consumers to local florists. since i ordered my first arrangement last year for my brother, i have always gone back. since that first order, i have probably placed 5 more knowing that My Los Angeles Florist would always deliver the most beautiful arrangement every time! they have the BEST orchids! and they are so responsive and helpful in the ordering process. i wouldn’t order from anywhere else.
