Pupusas are some of the best I had.
Hopefully they add more to the menu.
The only down fall is the man singing please stop the singing it doesn’t sound good that’s the only reason I stopped coming.

The worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I went a couple weeks ago and held back writing this review.
Server was rude and had shitty look on her face like she was pissed to be at work. My friend ordered a simple burrito with meet and cheese. He took a bite, opened it and seen huge slices of avocado. He sent it back and politely asked for another. They took out the avocado and sent it back to him lol why not make another burrito? he didn’t eat and had to pay for the burrito.
I ordered tacos that were ok and both of my friends meals were not worth the charge.
I didn’t leave a tip and when we left I seen all three women working that day watching me leave in my car clearly talking about us.
If the food was good I would’ve never wrote this review but even that was disappointing.

Raul’s Grill is in a small strip center amidst a working class neighborhood. We ordered the shrimp fajita and cheese pupusas. The fajita plate was plentiful with a layers of flavors. I especially enjoyed the red hot sauce, which I requested on the side.
The meal was served with homemade tortillas. My lunch partner had a fruit drink. Overall, it was a fun event.

Great place to eat and enjoy the lived music. I was on my way to work and decide to stop on this place by looking at the reviews. The inside of this place its totally make you feel in another nice restaurant. The food is really good with a great service.

Cuando leo un review/​revisión me gusta que la gente comente con detalles. Raul’s Grill es uno de mis favoritos lugares para comer por las siguientes razones, 1-​Lugar siempre limpio y organizado incluyendo baños. 2-​Buenisimo servicio al cliente me hacen sentir en familia. 3-​Un menú variado y sus cocineras tienen un buen sazón en desayunos, almuerzo y cena. El dueno siempre pendiente en todo y muy amistoso con sus clientes. Gracias por esas manos que preparan mis alimentos. Bendiciones!

Got to say from the last review, this place gotten way better! It may not be a fancy place but Quality service is excellent the owner is very nice and his main concern is u having a great time with a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner or whatever it might be. Blanca the cook is a woow! We being customers since 2005 even little before then.

Excellent food, but the appearance could use some work– the order area was sort of a walk up, fast-​food style thing. still, I’d go again — the tacquiros were excellent.

This place is a diamond in rough. Great meal, great service and super entertaining karaōke. The owner Raul is a lovely man. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Try the pupusas. Soooooo good.

Looked a little suspect at first, BUT then… Food came and was so delicious and full of flavor! Live karaōke made it fun. Staff were friendly! You must get the papusas.

Service was good, food was good. Videos on the tv were hilarious and the prices were good as well. The waiter spoke English and Spanish which was a plus, I frequent El Salvadorian restaurants often with my friend Miriam and she usually has to translate, so this was a welcomed change.

One word: PISSED!!!
My co-​workers and i called in our order at 12:25, while attempting to order over the phone– we were placed on hold for over 20 min, 20 min JUST TO PLACE THE ORDER. The lady said it would take about 15 – 20 min for the order to be ready, no problem. I arrived at the restaurant about 15 min later. The waitress said my order was still cooking. 2 other customers seated and served and 35 min later my food was done. I’ve been to this place a dozen times before this incident. I know they take a while to make the food — THIS IS WHY I CALLED AHEAD OF TIME. Not to mention we asked for the orders to be separated… after all that time, they weren’t! I was fed up and asked the waitress to just bill me. There’s no point in having a restaurant with good food if the customer service is horrible.

What can I say, the food was delicious, service was great, very courtageous and friendly. Our food was prepared fresh and timely. My friend Dana and I usually go to Salvadorean restaurants in the area and most times I have to translate for her because most latin restaurants in the area have waiters/​waitresses that don’t speak English. The server was fluent in English and Spanish – my friend Dana loved the place, décor and most important – the food. This place serves authentic salvadorean dishes, the pupusas are amazing and the prices are reasonable. I will be coming here often, not just to meet with my friends but also for take-​out! The food is DELICIOUS!!!
