Shear Vault Hair Studio LA

I bought a groupon, similar to Chris Y, and called and texted many times. I received one voicemail in reply, but was never able to speak to anyone to book. My groupon has now expired, and I have not booked anything. Very unhappy

I got a Groupon and I’ve tried to book an appointment for cut and color for over 6 weeks now. No one EVER answers the phone, nor do they respond to emails or texts or voice messages.
Exceptionally bad business practice, and I’m asking Groupon to refund me, then taking my business elsewhere.

I have gone to Nancy a few times and I love her. She did my hair for my wedding and it lasted all night and looked great. Nancy has also colored my hair in the past and she did a great job; I got a lot of complements on my hair.

This Girl knows what she is doing… When I first started going to Nancy, my hair was in real bad shape. Now, after going to her, I can not believe the difference.
She is just amazing, I would highly recommend her. I am so glad to she has a shop, in the L A area too. I would never trust anyone but her, after the miracle she performed on me. Nancy You ROCK!!!

Nancy is an AMAZING hairstylist! She has been doing my hair for over 15 years. She was my hairstylist for my wedding, my brother’s wedding, special occasions, from haircuts, perms (when they were in… lol), highlights to extensions, even my eyelashes. I LOVE it every time! I always walk out feeling good! Nancy treats her clients wonderful! She gives her full attention and provides excellent customer service. She makes you feel comfortable and I trust her with my hair and other services she provides. She truly is a professional!
She not only does my hair, she does my mother’s, many of my friends (guys and gals), my baby boy’s hair and even my husband’s. I always get compliments from friends and strangers, so I share the love and tell them who to go see… Nancy! So now, my friends and family see her too.

I met Nancy on a photoshoot years ago and have been going to her for my personal and client needs for years! I’m a makeup artist and frequently need to send actors to the salon for «character» hair color and cut. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do these crazy transformations for me. I personally change my hair from black to blonde to purple to highlights to unicorn — whatever mood strikes me, and Nancy is the only stylist that leaves my hair in better condition than when I came in. I also used to drive from Long Beach to San Bernardino (65 miles) each way just to go see her at Shear Vault IE — So its very exciting to have access to her in Los Angeles. Her prices are far beyond better than most salons in the area — Ive paid 3x more for a garbage haircut that needed to be fixed.
If you’re not going to Shear Vault LA or IE I don’t know what you’re doing with your life.

Nancy is an amazing hair stylist. Many years of experience, Highly recommend. I never let anyone else touch my hair. She’s done every cut I’ve ever wanted every color combo I’ve ever asked for and done it perfect. You will always leave her chair with a smile.
