This location is convenient to my work — but it always looks like a mess. They must not have enough storage in the store because they always have pallets in the parking lot and a container in front with plastic hanging around… kind of messy
Today I went in to get a bag of carrots for snacks and some cherry tomatoes. Both are pre-packaged — I checked the dates and bought them.
I get back to my work and guess what — BOTH are moldy… NO BUENO!
I dont have the time to go back and ask for a refund for my money, but I just want shoppers to be aware to check the produce you are buying especially if it is the pre-packaged kind from here…

I like this smart & final. It’s never really busy and there is always ample parking. The clerks are nice enough however, do not expect them to bag your groceries, I always bring in my reusable bags and sometimes they may bag a few things but mostly I end up bagging my own because they will usually just place my bags back in my shopping cart or walk away when they are done ringing you up. I only recall seeing a clerk bag groceries once and it was for a sista & she was standing there waiting & looking at the clerk with her arms crossed!

I like Smart and Final. I don’t love Smart and Final. Decent prices — watch the ads — and the meat is pretty good. Produce section isnt all that great though. The best part is the kitchen tools/goodies aisle. All the flippity-floppity tools you can image at good prices and the best place in town to buy disposable dinnerware (and maybe even the perfect jello shooter cups).
