DON’T GOHERE !!! this place must be Reported to Department. Worst nail shop experience of my life. Julie did my manicure beside she is very slow she cut my skin really deep to the point where I shut STOP ! BUT too late my finger was bleeding and the bleed doesn’t stop for 40 min that the deep was the cut … Julie kept saying SORRYSORRY but too late … I was very very disappointed by the owner Tammy she doesn’t bother her self to come and ask me whats happen NOTATALL like nothing happen and her husband Tony came to ask me for credit card to charge $ 57.00 for the bad service and he looked at me and said«Are you OK? » NO I’m not and I have showed him my finger(which was still bleeding at that time) and his answer to me was OH, NO not even Sorry word. I will never ever go back! I do not recommend this place at all!!!

Great salon but difficult to park since a new restaurant opened next door. Regardless the place is clean, top quality products, nice people who do good work! Manicure and pedicure done right! Will be back soon! My pedicure lasts 6 – 8 weeks!

To the point: Tamy must start treating customers and her own employees with respect. Period

First time trying to go get acrylic nails. I’m open to new places however I go in and ask if they do acrylics and she just tells me they’re busy. A simple«Yes but there’s a wait» would have been more than sufficient. Definitely never coming back.

My first time here and my last! My friend recommended this place and she made an appointment for mani/pedi. We got there not only did I have to wait 1 and 20 minutes to be seen even though I had an appointment! Good thing it was my day off and I had no where to be. But as I’m waiting these 2 women walk in and they automatically start preparing their pedicures and attend them first because they made an appointment! But so did I! The only reason they attended them was because they were regulars! And when I complained and ask can I be seen first because I’ve been waiting here longer she had the audacity to tell me that I have to wait! Finally, I’m being attended and one thing I liked is that they have sanitized packets of tools. But! When I saw them do a pedicure on the lady that got attended first let me mention that she had a bad case of fungus on her nails and the technician wasn’t wearing gloves and then she started scrubbing her feet and just dipped the scrubber in the water and put it back she didn’t even clean it or sanitize it! That’s just asking to give everyone fungus! Yuck! The owner has a terrible attitude will never go back! I do not recommend this place at all!!!

This was the first time I had ever been to this nail salon. I live in the Valley, so there are many cheap options to choose from. I decided to try T and T because it was a Sunday and it was open. However, I will never go back. I went in with my boyfriend to get a pedicure, and he wanted to get his toe nails cut and get his callus removed. First of all, the woman who did my toe nails spoke zero English… Not even enough English for her to understand that she was hurting my feet. Second of all, one pedicurist used a metal grater to shave the callus of my boyfriends feet, then gave it to my pedicurist to use on my feet without sanitizing it! It was disgusting… She only washed it off. She even dropped it on the floor, then put it on my feet without cleaning it. Thirdly, we both were overcharged. We were each charged $ 25, which is ridiculous. Normally, a pedicure is $ 16-$ 17, and callus remover is $ 3-$ 5. Also, it is ridiculous that my boyfriend had to pay as much as me, even when he didn’t even get polish or anything! TL;DR: if you’re getting your nails done in the Valley, there are many cleaner and cheaper places to get your nails done than T and T Nails.

I came here for the first time a couple of months ago and Tony did a good job, but after my second visit today, I decided NEVER to return again. Here’s why… When I first arrived & greeted Tony, he didn’t even remember who I was. He promised to do my spa manicure + pedicure, but when I sat down, I saw Julie instead. It’s never acceptable to LIE to a customer, ever! Julie is a terrible worker! Never get her! Here’s why she’s not a good worker. I had lots of callouses on the bottom of my feet, but she only removed 30% of it. They overcharge for this service: $ 8, where it’s only $ 5 — $ 7 at other nail spas. She leaves dead skin & dirt right below my toenails. She hardly speaks English, so it’s tough to relate even basic things to her. She doesn’t apply nail polish evenly & didn’t remove loose skin completely from the sides of my toenails. She messed up my left big toe while helping me put my flip flops back on. When she tried to redo it, it was still uneven. Since she failed twice, Julie asked another male pedicurist to finish the job. Julie is inexperienced and it shows! She’s only been doing nails for one year. She doesn’t even know how to remove or apply gel nails. Having her as a manicurist and pedicurist will surely damage the nail business at T & T Nail Spa.

I have been looking for a new nail salon and I think I have finally found it! Ask for Holly. She is super sweet and she is the first nail technician that prepares my nails and applies the gel correctly where it lasts for 2 – 3 weeks without lifting! The salon is clean and I found all the staff to be friendly and professional. I don’t understand the bad reviews.

I have followed Tammy to three different salons, she is that good. Now she has her own place and it’s amazing — as expected. I’m extremely picky with my nails and she does an outstanding job with my acrylics/gels. She is extremely accommodating and fits me in no matter what. I’ve read the reviews and I can’t imagine anyone in there being rude, it’s like a family. I highly recommend T&T nail salon.

I have been to this salon a couple of times… My first time I almost turned around and left because the lady was just rude. I asked her about pricing and she told me her prices with some attitude. I was afraid to give her a chance but i really needed my nails done so I have her a chance. Well was I surprised! Her work was beautiful(and in super picky when it comes to the shape of my nails, if I don’t like the way they look I’ll go to another salon the same day to get them fixed) She really did give me a perfect full set. If give then 5 stars but I can’t forget the attitude I received at first and also… They don’t have much of a polish choice… I’d define you recommend this place!

$ 27 for a mani/pedi! Was able to walk right in and have them do my nails immediately — no appointment. Staff was super friendly and polite. Large selection of nail polish colors.

This place is amazing! They are so sweet and welcoming! They all introduced themselves to me and asked me if I needed anything. I had a pedicure and gel manicure and they did a detailed and fantastic job! Plus they are opened on Sundays! I recommend this place!!!

Tammy the owner of this shop used to be really good. I have followed her to 3 different places but since she has opened her new salon her service has gotten really bad. The technicians in this salon SUCK! She will try to convince you otherwise but it’s not true! She gets very upset if you are unhappy with something and screams at you in front of the other customers. The customer is not always right in this nail salon!

Walked in and not one person acknowledged my presence. Two of the employees were busy looking at their ipads! Major downgrade!
