Nice massage spa chairs and I like that they use a liner in the foot basin. It’s safer that way. The only thing I don’t like is the manicurists speaking in Vietnamese to each other all the time. Call me paranoid, but I know they’re talking crap about my feet.

I’m a regular, I come every two weeks thanks to a friends recommendation. I always get a full set with gel color. Parking is easy, the place is clean and everyone is friendly. Betty is my girl she does a fantastic job!!!

OMG! This place is amazing! Sarah did an incredible job on my nails (pedi & mani) she took her time, didn’t rush at all. My husband also had a pedicure done, and he was very satisfied. I think we found our new favorite nail spa! The other employees are also friendly and smiling. The place is super clean, which is important. All in all, we had a great time there, and their prices are right.

My friend treated me to a pedicure for my birthday. Wow! Absolutely loved the hot stones.

Great place! They are super nice, have lots of colors and do a great job. I especially love the pedicure by Tommy. He doesn’t stop after two seconds of massaging. He actually spends time giving a massage. I LOVE the hot stones he puts on my feet afterward (no extra cost for that just part of service). It’s in the same small center as IHOP.

I must say that out of the 20 – 30 different nail spas and waxing salons I have tried, there are very few good ones out there! I got lucky with this one!
I came here for the very first time yesterday and was lucky to get Le. This place is reasonably priced with: good, friendly and thorough service. Le really took her time with me from start to finish. I just wanted a solid white color on my toes, paraffin treatment and sun flower design on my 2 big toes and she did a very good job! I like the fact that she didn’t pressure me to get services I didn’t really need or ask nosy personal questions like some of the beauty workers have in the past…
I especially enjoyed the ambiance of this place; so girly! Barbie pink & purple curtain drapes, thin modern lamps hanging from the ceiling, beautiful life-​sized nail photos on canvas displayed throughout the spa and a complimentary black hot stone wrapped in a white mini towel beneath each foot, while Le applied polish to my nails…
If I’m in the SFV again, I’ll definitely return! :)))

Came here on a Sunday in need of a pedi since my first choice down the street was closed. I remember my good Unilocal friend raving about how awesome the gals are here so I decided to give them a try. Lucky for me they weren’t busy and were able to take me in right away.
Sarah did my pedicure and she is just an absolute sweetheart. They have many colors to choose from OPI, Essie, & more. I love how at the end they wrap your feet with hot stones underneath! Thank you Sarah!

I really like this salon! The ladies always do a good job and its a very clean place! The owner is friendly and often does the nails herself. Prices are good too!

I love Betty! I have followed her to 3 salons over the past 15 years. They tend to be pretty busy on the weekends but it’s worth the wait.

Worst nail salon ever. I can’t believe how incredibly bad experience I had. I went in to get a pedicure. This male technician made me cry because he stabbed my toe with a cuticle cleaner and took a huge chunk of my nail so deep that it made my toe bleed. My foot is currently throbbing and it got an infection. I started crying from the pain in the salon. I’ve never experienced such pain. They acted like they were concerned but they were only concerned about losing a costumer. they charged 20 dollars for a pedicure, and they didn’t even clean my soles. They did a half ass job, and I’m surprised this place is still running. My technician might not even have a certificate. They are lucky I’m not making this into a bigger deal… smh.

Sara, Sara, Sara that’s all that comes to mind. She runs the place. She’s hilarious, friendly, and energetically interacting with you. Sara did my eyebrows one Sunday six months ago. since then, because I stupidly didn’t take a business card I had to try all three shops again on the blvd by my house to find sweet Sara again. I swear she’s eyebrow amazing in comparison to ANY other lady on Ventura in encino/​tarzana area. I finally re found her last month and she did the amazing job she did several months ago and I’m not going anywhere else, I should have listened to her on my first visit! Go see Sara for brows. Call first make sure she’s in that day, she always has been for me, I just like to avoid error!

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with both the customer service and quality of work!!! I have randomly as a stop in have found a new place!!! Everyone here is so sweet and truly cares about the client! No matter what your request is rest assured they will get it done, even if it’s a cow print! I was skeptical about asking for cow printed nails for my nephews party and with no fuss it was done with a smile! I am so happy to have found my new nail home!

Came here for my first time to get a color change. Left unhappy! The lady who did my nails did not care how my nails looked. Literally looked like a 10 year old colored my nails. There was polish on my skin around my nails and she didn’t even bother to remove it. I went home that night, took off my polish and re did them myself. Not coming back here again

i loved my first experience… for off what was nice is that everyone spoke English so it was easy to get my message across as to what I wanted exactly (I’m very picky with my nails)
Second that place is clean and tidy, all the ladies there took really good care of me. I got a full set and a pedicure, the pedicure includes some extras, like hot rocks, a scrub and a massage.
Forgot to take a picture but my nails came out BEAUTIFUL!!!
Will definitely be back, and i won’t forget to take a picture this time =)

Best in the valley. Always so relaxing and such high quality work. Everyone who works here is so nice and professional.
