Don’t go here even if your life DEPENDS ON IT. Seriously though, they are so rude here. Had one of the girls yell in my face because she was on her lunch (it was 12:30) and I was attempting to drop off some paperwork and asked if I could. COME BACK IN AN HOUR she yelled and slammed the door behind her. I stood there in shock at how nicely I asked and how mean she was to me for no reason? Maybe she was having a really bad day, I dont know. Stay away, you have been warned…

I wish I had red the reviewed before going there. Agree with Melisa too. The lady at the front desk has no manor and not happy and welcoming face.
Also do not make an appointment to got there is completely useless, cuz its first come first serve.
So total of poor service and not coming back there again.

I have to agree with Melissa’s review on here, although I would say my experience was more related to the staff’s incompetence. I was assigned here for a pre-​employment drug test, and given an order form. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. I signed in as directed, and waited for about 10 minutes. When the woman came out of the back, I gave her my form, and she said flatly, «We don’t do drug tests anymore.» I said, «Well, where am I supposed to go?» She said, «Here,» and handed me a form that gave a drug testing center with hours starting at 9:30 a.m. It was 8:15 a.m. at the time. I said, «What, I’m supposed to wait an hour and 15 minutes to get tested?» She shrugged, and said, «Here’s another place, but you’d better call first.» I called, and they said that they could take me right away.
As I left, I told the receptionist, «You should really update with my employer that you don’t do drug testing anymore.» She replied curtly, «We have.» I said, «Really? Then why are they still assigning us to you for our drug tests?» She again shrugged and said, «I don’t know.»
Yeah, I’ll bet you updated that you don’t do drug testing anymore. That’s why my employer, an international, multi-​faceted organization is still sending its employees there. Given your stellar organizational skills, I highly doubt you updated anything.
FYI to anyone thinking about going here: before you waste your time driving to the site, paying for parking and hiking 4 blocks, request an alternative site that is more organized. With this lab’s level of incompetence, who knows, they might even mix up your sample with someone else’s so that your lab work produces a false positive.

Do not come here. So inefficient. The lady at the front, Leila is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. It’s run like a 3^rd world country back street blood lab. I got referred to come here and it’s honestly made me double take about the referring doctor as this place is so unprofessional. Yuk!
