I’ve been going to Los Gatos Skin & Body Works for three years and honestly I couldn’t be happier. Tanja is a wonderful woman who does my eyebrows perfectly every time. I’d recommend her for guys as well as girls. Guys, she does not make your eyebrows feminine at all! They’re just perfectly groomed. The other staff are friendly and it’s usually really easy to get an appointment. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’m not just saying that.

Tanja is an excellent esthetician! Comfortable bed, relaxing music, friendly conversation, she always seems to remember what we talked about last. Whenever I ask, she’s got great skin care tips to share. Very cool lady who is great at what she does :)

I do not know what Tanja’s professional abilities are because I have never been in her shop. But I have now received repeated text messages, over the course of many months, from her shop that «You paid Los Gatos Skin & Body $ 40.00» and frankly, I am tired of calling and then getting either ignored or brushed off. So, if the inability to correct an on-​going e-​records problem is a concern to you and also an indicator about the security of your own personal e-​data, I might suggest seeking services elsewhere…

I love Tanja!!! Not only is she a SPECTACULAR at what does– I feel like she keeps me sane. She always remembers things we talk about and knows what is important in my life. Getting waxed to me is a very personal thing. I honestly think it somewhat intimate in the fact I wouldnt allow just anyone down there!!! But I totally feel at ease with her. She knows what works well for me, what wax I cant use and what one does the best job. She is an expert in what she does and you can tell how passionate she is about her job and her clients. You never feel rushed and she always makes sure you are comfortable and taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone I know, and have sent family and friends to her over the years, all of which love her! Her facials are so amazing and relaxing and I feel like she always takes her time personalizing her treatments. She is the BEST!!!

Tanja is more than just my facialist and waxist, she is my sanity in a cruel world! I absolutely love this woman who has done my mini facials and waxing (eyebrows and ouccccch brazillain) for about three years now! I would never trust anyone else but her. She is truly an expert and knows all there is to know about skincare, seriously. And she really loves and cares about her clients. I recommend her to ladies who are shy with bikini waxes because she will make you feel very comfortable and at ease. She minimizes the pain to the best of her ability (but there’s only so much she can do if you’re signing yourself up for a brazillian). To make a long story short, go to her! I love her :)

I have been going to Tanja for facials and waxing for more than 10 years. She is meticulous, gentle and customizes her facials to your needs. She is always going to skincare shows and classes to keep up on the latest products and techniques. I have very fair, sensitive skin that is usually still red even the day after a wax. She’s got this fantastic new wax in the last few months that somehow grabs all the hair but doesn’t irritate my skin! I can go in public right after a brow wax without little red stripes over my eyes! Go see Tanja when you need a bout of girlie relaxation. It’s a real treat.

After moving to Los Gatos June 2006 I started my search for the girlie essentials, people for waxing, nails, hair… since it was mid-​summer the bikini wax was on the top of my list. Luckily I met Tanja Richman. Prior to my experience with Tanja, I would never expected to be relaxed at a waxing appointment! Tanja is not only wonderful at making your body look great, but also brings her great personal touch to her work with clients. I always walk away feeling great — hairless and relaxed! Tanja has been extremely flexible with her schedule, fitting me in late at night when I had a last minute trip, and also needed to reschedule due to a sickness. If only all of my practitioners were this easy going and skilled. What a combo, Tanja — keep up the great work!

I have been going to Tanja for three years now. She was one of the first people I met when I moved to the area and she made me feel very welcome. She does an excellent job every time I see her. I don’t even bother looking in the mirror when I leave — I trust her 100%. She has a lovely manner, is friendly and professional. I would never go to anyone else.
