Store is empty and the windows covered. Looks to be permanently closed. Sad to see it go.

Was in the store today and it looked very stripped down. I guess this means they’re closing? Does anyone know anything?

I ordered a set of glasses for a birthday gift. They sent a confirmation email the same day saying it shipped via fed ex. It’s ten days later, no glasses. There isn’t a tracking number and they don’t answer the 800 number. I have sent an email. I hope to get my money back. In the mean time I will run out to TJ Maxx and look for a replacement birthday gift! grrrrr…

LOSGATOS! I LOVEYOUAND I LOVETHISSTORE. My husband and I were told about this area from my coworker and we fell in love. The«avenue» is full of cute restaurants and stores and just nice for taking a leisurely walk. I am always about kitchen stores so we walked in and was greeted by the nicest lady. I can’t remember her name but she gave us great information about the area and the San Jose things to do special. I didn’t know that Michael Chiarello had a store must less a store here. I watch him on food network but I just haven’t really gotten into him much. This store changed all of that. Every so often you will see something about him in the store. A saying, his cooking show, books etc. The place is not cheap but why should it be. The whole neighborhood is pricey. He has the standard fare of wine glasses, books, dinneware, etc. I picked up some glasses and a decanter(on sale). My bag has a recipe on it and well, I just loved this cute little store and the customer service. I will be back to this store and find out more about Mr. Napasytle.

This review is in regards to customer service, super friendly, super helpful and one of the easiest exchanges Ive ever encountered. I was there on Tuesday with my mother Christmas shopping and purchase a dog biscuit canister as a gift. Brought it home and when I pulled it out of the bag I noticed the hook on top was bent, which I had not noticed in the store. I went in two days later without a receipt, since in the xmas craziness it got misplaced, and they were willing to exchange the canister out no questions asked! For once a company that seems to actually have trust in their customers. Talk about a pleasant surprise!

Great shop to pick up a gift for the foodie in your life. The store aesthetic is rustic and welcoming with high beamed ceilings. It definitely draws you in from the outside to take a peak inside. There’s so much fun stuff to look at you have to walk slowly through it! Salts, sauces, cookware, and kitchen accessories PLUS plush furnishings for the home. Hit up the Sale section in the back of the store for some discounted treats.

This is regarding a catalog order: unfortunately the $ 150 of seasonal food items were of poor quality. When I called to discuss this with customer service the manager had very little concern… Not a great way to gain consumer loyalty. Altho they have unique items, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

A King Arthur table that shrinks in size, a gigantic shrink/therapy like leather chair, and other miscellaneous frivolous kitchen gadgets dawned my eyes at NapaStyle. Everything here is a statement piece. This is the place i’ll go to furnish my house. When I get a house. And have money to furnish said house.

This store is fantastic! Although I have passed by NapaStyle numerous times, I have always brushed it off as any other generic home living store. I was wrong! As a «foodie», I was recommended by a friend to check out the numerous cooking products that they carry and I was pleasantly surprised. The store is not cheap, but it’s not that expensive either. The products here are high quality, therefore I find the prices to be reasonable and fair. I could spend hours in here browsing through their unique items. From wines, kitchen essentials, and furniture, NapaStyle has a wide diversity of products for every customer. Like the other reviews, make sure to get the Truffle Salt! Although it’s on the pricier side, it is a must have item if you are serious about cooking! I have been using it for various items and have yet to be disappointed. The staff was incredibly helpful with all my questions, and even greeted me as I walked in the store. They definitely made my shopping experience much more positive and much less confusing! Check it out, you won’t regret it.

This store is pretty nice and different. They sell high quality olive oils, wine glasses, wine accessories, etc. There’s even some nice artwork for sale. They also sell fancy salts, which were too expensive in my opinion. What’s nice about this place is that they let you sample the oils and salts, and it’s fun to walk around and look at all the special things that they sell. The staff was nice and helpful too.

I am in love with truffles(anything truffle. sign me up! Mmmmm) A co-worker mentioned that I should check out the truffle salt if I was ever in a store. Located on the downtown los gatos street, this cute little store has a variety of kitchenware and some condiments. They offer a wide surplus of salts and rubs to choose from, but most importantly, they have a delicious can of Truffle Salt. [mind you. it costs $ 36 for this can of heaven] I have a jar of truffle salt at home, but the Napa Style truffle salt had a prominent truffle taste to it. A definite must buy! If you don’t want to spend the $ 36 dollars for the salt there’s always the $ 6 dollar bag of truffle potato chips.(a smaller bite of heaven in a a bag), I brought this to work and everyone LOVED it. They also have a small selection of olive oil to try. The Meyer lemon and the Blood orange were my favorite. The taste of the fruit is overbearing in the olive oil, but rather a subtle taste of it. Customer service doesn’t seem to be an issue at NapaStyle. There were two associates that were working the day we stepped in, and both of them greeted us and helped us with our products we were thinking of purchasing. They recommended how we could use the eggplant & olive dip and what would compliment the olive oils that we were trying. The prices were fairly reasonable so I’ll definitely be back to buy more things.

Nice store to browse & buy hostess gifts and great kitchen wares. I bought several of these very fine(thin) juice glasses and love them but have to be careful, they break easy. They were reasonably priced so I bought extra!

I have been a fan of these products for awhile, but have always shopped online. It was nice to be able to actually look at and feel the products. The store seemed a bit disorganized to me and the selection was smaller than the catalog/online. There are some cute items here… will definitely be picking up a few things here as x-mas presents.

I like these stores… great browsing, and unique items. A great place to get a gift… This store has a limited selection of items compared to the catalog. Sorry, I just will not pay shipping on household. Still, it was fun to look.

We came here for a book signing with Michael Chiarello last night, and ended up buying a few things as well. I’m not sure what this store is usually like, but on the night we were there they had a lots of samples, and two wineries were giving complimentary tastes. It’s quite nice to sample wine while browsing through the store. We ended up buying some specialty salts that I look forward to cooking with tonight. While there are other stores with larger selections, this place has a nice vibe and some interesting products. Since this is a bit out of the way for me now, i wouldn’t make a special trip here, but if i was in the neighborhood i would stop in.

expensive I bought some salt rubs here. I love Michael Chiarello’s show but had never seen the gray salts… they sell lots of salts here and rubs. I am curious! I bought the porchini mushroom rub and some other rub. I can’t wait to try them! Not a lot of things I would love to have. I like William Sonoma and Crate and Barrel better. The store didn’t really scream out Napa at me. It was just okay.
