I have been there several times. Coffee is always served with a smile. The coffee is really good. It’s smooth and flavorful without being bitter or having an bad aftertaste like some I definitely recommend

This is a great place to meet for coffee or just to steal some time to read a book(I did). I ventured to LCC after a spontaneous lunch and it was on the way to my next stop. As I was new to the place, I erred on the side of caution and ordered a small Gaslight Blend. After a couple of sips I was sold. The chocolate notes are strong an very distinct and only crazy or unfortunate people don’t like drinking chocolate. I ended up purchasing a bag to go. A few people trickled in and out, all seemed to know the barista/owner. She was nice and helpful to every that came into the I was not sold on the baked items so I did not try any of those but the usual suspects were there: muffins, brownies etc. Parking was weird but that was because my GPS took me to the street behind the building g and it was hard to determine which was the actual place – signage from. The rear was not very visible. But oh well, it was a nice day for a short walk.

Good coffee made with love. They offer interesting blends of fair trade coffee. It is the perfect meeting place with quite a few small tables and bar seating at one window. They have delicious bakery treats and sandwiches for a satisfying lunch. All the servers are friendly and good music is always playing to add to the atmosphere. There is ample and easy parking behind the shop. Their outdoor patio is great when the weather cooperates. Drink local!!!

Really neat place! Easy parking. Tasty sandwiches. Amazing coffee. Ornate ceiling. On an amusing note, a rookie coffee drinker complained because it was too«strong.» What?!? Go to McDonald’s if you want average coffee…

The drip coffee was so-so, but the lattes looked better. Decent pricing. Cool reading room and nice décor

This place is that quaint, little coffee shop, you’ve been looking for! With great service and exceptional coffee(roasted by Louisville’s very own Sunergos), this is a place you should definitely try, at least once! They also serve some pretty tasty pastry type treats, so be sure to grab some of those, while you’re there, as well!

Gotta love the only locally owned coffee shop in the area! Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Jtown, this is a great place to grab a coffee & catch up with an old friend. I was pleased to find plenty of free parking in the lot behind the building. It was too cold out when I stopped by but the outdoor seating area will be great once Spring rolls around. I’ll definitely be back. I had been looking for a quiet place near my house to study or catch up on work and this is it. The quiet reading room in the rear of the shop has my name on it!

I hate to admit this: I didn’t know that Jeffersontown had a downtown area. I just knew about J-town’s strip malls and traffic. But it does, and in the middle of this quaint downtown is the epitome of a comfy coffee spot: Louisville Coffee Co. I had a meeting in the Middletown area, and wanting to find a local coffee shop to work in for a bit, I consulted the mighty Unilocal, which led me to this spot in nearby J-town. Louisville Coffee Co. has several coffee drinks to choose from. I opted first for a chai latte and then a pumpkin chai latte — a recommendation by one of the baristas. It was spot on! The Internet is free, and you can get it in hourly installments. You just need to go up to the counter and ask for another log-in code. And while, yes, it might be a pain to stop what you’re doing and re-log in, I also admire the foresight in this. It keeps people from parking at a table all day after buying just one drink. It was at the point that I had to get another code that I bought my second drink. I love the feel of the whole place. You could tell that the baristas know many of the people who came through their doors. Two other pluses: They have sandwiches and pastries. I didn’t get to try these, but they looked excellent. And there is free parking behind the shop. I definitely hope this shop thrives in downtown J-town.

LOVE that there is finally a coffee place close to my job! Working in Jeffersontown the options for coffee were drive to Starbucks down off Hurstbourne or McDonalds, neither were options I liked. When a co-worker mentioned this place I was instantly intrigued. I haven’t had a bad frappé anywhere, so those are my usual go-to drinks when I try somewhere new. I ordered the vanilla frappé the first couple of times I went and loved it. Then when the weather cooled I tried a few different lattes. The vanilla latte is my favorite, not a shocker it’s my favorite coffee drink in general. Their pumpkin spice latte was also really nice this fall — not too much or too little pumpkin, just right. I am definitely going to give their winter options a try too. I believe a peppermint option is already being offered. Their blueberry muffins are my go-to if I accidentally walk out the door without my breakfast. I feel fairly confident saying that if you venture in and place your regular drink order from anywhere else you will be a happy customer! They also offer pre-made sandwiches, San Pellegrino, and other food and drink options, including seasonally themed cupcakes at times. There is space for you to work from or even hold meetings. It’s very chill in the mornings when I go in. Everyone working has always been super friendly! Even in the early, early mornings, haha. The parking situation is not my favorite because the drive into their lot is one way and I have to drive around in a complete square to get where I’m going, but it’s manageable and the coffee is worth it :)

Went today and was pleasantly surprised. It’s quaint, unique, and in my neighborhood. The coffee is tasty and strong, peppermint hot cocoa was delish. We had muffins too and they were buttery delicious and moist. Indoor and outdoor seating, wifi, and a sitting/private room that can also be rented. Let’s support our locals!!!

This place is great!!! Jtown has needed a legitimate coffee house for years. And now we finally have an awesome locally owned. Come check them out in Jtown Square.

Convenient Location beside of the Jeffersontown City Hall. They offer a variety of alternative milks(almond and soy) and your beverage comes with a signature design. Various Gluten Free snacks can be purchased. Though you will pay more here than you pay at Starbucks or Heine, the cost increase is only by a dime or so. The Latte was delicious. I hope this place sticks around.
