Loveland Cycle’n Fitness

Went in here looking for a part for my bike. There was no one in the shop at all. I waited for 5 minutes and browsed around finally an older gentleman came out and asked me if I needed anything. I proceeded to ask him about the part I was looking for and he told me to look on the internet or use tape. Didn’t even ask me to bring it in or offer any services. The worst part was I saw the part I was looking for behind the counter. I will just buy it online I guess if you don’t want to sell me the one you have

We had a great experience there. My wife was treated respectfully. We went in to browse and saw two seasoned ladies getting nice three wheeler bikes outfitted that they had gotten there. My wife felt treated well and tried out bikes in back lot. We found a bike for younger kid and they built one up for her in her favorite color. Went into to browse and next day picked up bikes for family. Was impressed with service.

This bike shop is terrible. High prices. Surly owner. Poor selection. Poor repair work.
I went in to buy a chain for my bike, and the owner asks, «you want me to shorten this for ya?» I said «sure», thinking that since I just paid $ 22 for a chain, it included matching it to my current chin’s length. After he was done, he said, «that will be $ 5»…I balked. He proceeded to argue with me (his customer) then raised his voice about how his labor isn’t free… blah, blah, blah… I have a chain tool at home. Had I known this douche was gonna charge me I would have done it at home. When he offered to do the work, there was no mention of a charge…
Another time I took my bike it to find out why it was skipping gears. I left it with them for a week. I asked them to figure out what the problem was. They called a week later and said it was fixed. Not even ¼ way down the block the skipping problem was still there… WTF??I don’t think they even looked at it or test rode it. I had to leave it with them for another 3 days for them to fix it.
I will never spend my $$ at this façade of a bike shop again. PERIOD.
