I have always been greeted promptly and they have a nice selection of bikes. I only go there for parts. Most bike shops can’t afford to keep high end items and have to special order, but they often have the best you can get. Prices are a little high, but no worse than other Loveland shops. I can’t speak for the repair service, but bikes are pretty easy to work on, I’m sure they know how.

Looking for a bike for my son and had looked at them for 15 – 20 minutes in the Loveland store. I am a avid biker and know what I wanted and he needed. I had one question on available sizes and waited for a salesperson… and waited. As we walked out had an employee come out the door asking if we had questions, nope. In the end we didn’t want the Trek anyway but c’mon, the shop wasn’t busy. To be fair, I also bought a pair of Sidi’s there. The employee that time was super helpful, that was last summer FWIW. So meh, I’ve experienced better. If I was in the market for a Trek product specifically, I’d go there again. Basic day to day riding needs, not likely. Edit: I had an unknown issue with my rig. I had two techs spend a lot of time taking a look at it. They finally found the problem and had me rolling that day! Based on these two guys, two stars to five. Employ quality people and reap the benefits. I’ll be back based on this experience.

After calling ahead to inquire about a Madone 3.1 and driving from South Aurora to the shop I was greeted with a smile by Cathy who had the bike set aside and ready for me to test ride. I was immediately impressed. She spent time patiently explaining to me, in terms I could understand, all of the important considerations when looking at road bikes(by history I am a mountain biker) without being the least bit condescending. Before taking my test ride she informed me she also had a 2011 Madone 4.7 for an amazing price if I was interested. I rode both bikes and decided to think it over some more before deciding. Cathy was extremely professional and put no sales pressure on me. I checked around some more, did more internet research and discovered the price she quoted me for the 4.7 was basically too good to be true. Come to find out management had mistakenly posted the wrong price on the store’s computer system — a $ 500+ mistake! Since I was quoted a specific sales price when I visited the store the owner said he would honor the price. When I returned to the store to finalize the purchase both the store manager, Justin, as well as another employee also named Justin stayed well after closing to help me. Cathy did an outstanding job with the bike fitting as well as accessories. Just an incredible experience all the way around. I am sending everyone I know in the market for a bike to the Loveland Trek Store — well worth the drive from the Denver metro area!!.
