I had written BWW off after my experience in Tucson, AZ, where they bake their wings. Gross! However, after traveling 7+ hours from Seattle, this was the closest place open late to get some food. Not only was I immediately seated, but I got carded for my beer(yay — I’m almost 40!), and their wings are fried — just like God intended. Fast service nice staff(the guy I have dealt with) and icy cold beer on tap. What more could I ask for, as I work on homework for class tomorrow?

Normally have a good experience here, but how can you be out of fries and onion rings on what will be one of the busiest weekend of the year here. With the college graduations and mother day both happening this weekend.

Went here with a friend. Wayyy busier then I expected it to be, But our server John was great. Steven the manager is also great. I’d say the amount of tvs is way excessive, But I don’t own one. So maybe that’s why. The wine selection is unreal small, But the merlot and cab were both good.

Lame service. Hostess seating people who arrived after us(probably friends) while pretending to look for a table and disappearing. Never again. Any other food places showing the football game?

Not sure why this place gets 5 stars I’ve been around the world and the states. This Buffalo Wild Wings Is nothing spectacular Good service. Re modeling was decent Food is nothing to brag about. Seriously get out of lynchburg. And explore a real sports bar.

This is probably the most popular in Lynchburg. The food is ok. It is like any other Buffalo Wild Wings. Pretty much just fast food. Of course we all know the wings are way overpriced but we love the sauce and so we get home anyway. As far as this particular one it has a very diverse crowd. They do have outdoor seating which is nice. The bar is big. However it can get way over crowded. You can wait 45 minutes for your wings. You can wait 15 or 20 minutes just to get a drink. And the crowd isn’t necessarily the most fun. There came to be a lot of guys who are loud and obnoxious. But I guess that is what you should expect at a sports bar.

Recent renovations don’t make this place move any quicker or efficiently. Maybe they’re just getting used to the new environment. They can now hold more people and it is clear that the emphasis is on the bar area. When you walk inside the section for regular dining is considerably smaller than the high top area. The bar has giant screens everywhere and is LOUD. So be prepared to yell a little to your date sitting right across the table from you. We ordered thirty wings and has a different flavor assigned to every five. I tried sauces which ranged from Curry flavors, Parmesan Garlic, BBQ flavors, Mango Habanero, and even tried and true Medium Buffalo. I was not impressed with very much. I enjoyed the appetizer of chili con queso more than my actual meal. They might just need a little bit more time to get in a nice groove, but until then… three stars for sure.

I had to come back and update my review because my last few times here have been mediocre to horrific lol. The drinks have been bad but the food is always great! The food comes out tasting the same every time but the drinks have tasted different every time. I usually order a sour Irishman and it has tasted drastically different each time I order it. And their Guinness pour has been off lately as well. I had to raise hell last night to get them to re pour my beer the right way. Then I was given the wrong beer on my next order but the waitress fixed that for me. I started out not liking her and wasn’t going to give her a tip but she turned it around and was tipped! Lol Any who, as I was watching the bartender make mixed drinks I noticed that he was lazy and were not really shaking them in the mixer glass. He would give it one shake and that was it. I told my wife if Jon from bar rescue was here he would scream on this guy! Lol but I guess that’s why the drinks taste different every time.

If we’re watching Sunday football in Lynchburg, it’s at BWW. The Wings are great, service is excellent and you can watch multiple games at the same time. Good luck finding a parking spot!

We made a to go order for us to eat at work, the bill totaling almost $ 100 dollars between all 7 of us. We all got wings of some sort and 3 of the had no sauce on the chicken wings/tenders. Being that we were at work where we aren’t able to leave for lunch we couldn’t do anything about the messed up order and had to eat dry plain chicken. and we have been there multiple times previously where we have a terrible time getting our drinks refilled and awful service! We love the food but when they continually mess up the order(this isn’t the first time) it prevents people from wanted to go back.

Great place. Wings were above average compared to most BWW locations. Great wait staff. Jaimie was absolutely the best. A plus: it’s near Liberty U.

I love this place. There’s a reason it’s the most popular bar in town. Arron makes an amazing Kryptonite and the servers are excellent. I feel bad for them because they have a lot of collage students going in and hardly tipping on some amazing service. The food taste like every Bdubs I’ve ever been to(what a shocker) but it’s the people that make this place so amazing.

Buffalo Wild Wings is the most popular bar in town. Coming from seven years in Las Vegas I have seen all of the best a big sports bar has to offer. This one is up there with most any that a larger city could offer. The staff is friendly, young, and helpful. The management is EXCELLENT. The one on Wards Road is always packed. Unlike most sports bars in town they know which games are on and which ones people are there to see. They have an excellent beer selection on tap that is constantly adding new and exciting local beers to the menu. This is by far the best place to go in Lynchburg for sports, wings, and beer. It reminds me so much of the good sports bars in Vegas. Joe the manager is always friendly and knows many of the patrons by name. Ryan is also always friendly and helpful to the customers, as well as their bartender Rachel. I have always had an excellent experience here and will always come back expecting a great time.

Good place to hang out, watch sports, drink beer and eat. They have a fairly good selection of beer on draft and the food is good most of the time. The servers can be horrible. I usually get the boneless mango habanero wings. The BWW at tanglewood in Roanoke is a lot better though.

Decent place to get wings. There aren’t many choices for wings in Lynchburg since Mudpuppy’s forgot to pay their taxes… but this is a reliable alternative. Service and food have been consistant, but not great. They do have some good specials throughout the week(Tuesday and Thursday wing specials). Later in the evenings the crowd gets a little… interesting, but is still a fun place to hang out with friends, especially if it is a nice night to sit on the patio. It gets pretty crowded for sporting events and weekends so get there early if you want to park in a normal spot and not have to create your own. I’m still hoping that Mudpuppy’s decides to pay Uncle Sam though.

I gave this place a 4 star raring based on the fact that it is a chain. Based on my numerous visits to this location and others in the chain I would say this particular location is above average. The food is always hot and always comes out quick. There are also several options for vegetarians including a vege burger which is my favorite item. The wings are very consistent although not the greatest in the world. The sauces here are really the biggest selling point. Also keep in mind that there really is no better place to watch your favorite sporting event and have a few drinks. The place has tons of screens and a few giant ones. I watched the gold medal hockey game at this location and being a Canadian I wasn’t welcome by the other patrons. But victory was sweet.
