Famous Anthony’s

I love Famous Anthony’s. It’s always reliable for a great, quick breakfast before my husband and I head out of town after visiting my parents.
Friendly staff, tasty food, great coffee. What more can you ask for?!
(I only gave four stars because of the smoking area, which is just a personal thing.)

Excellent diner-​style food with a wide menu of choices. Everything from burgers to BBQ to fish & chips to salads and subs. Arriving well after the dinner hour, we were immediately seated and the waitress took our orders. I went with the bacon cheeseburger wrap (with cole slaw instead of fries) and my friend chose the fish and chips. My burger was delicious — chopped meat with small chunks of lettuce, tomato, onion and bacon — on a garlic herb wrap. The fish and chips looked a little boring — three pieces of fish that looked more like fish fingers with fries — but my friend said that he enjoyed it.
We chose to pass on dessert, though he opted for a cookie from the display case next to the cashier. There was a sign out front offering breakfast specials from $ 4. I’m not sure what that entails, but they do have a massive breakfast menu with everything would expect. French toast, eggs, pancakes, etc.
Would I come here again? Absolutely!
