Uncle Bob’s Self Storage

Storage. I never thought I’d be impressed with my experience booking a storage. It goes to show that good service is a choice and any business can provide it.
1. They were open on Saturday. The folks on the phone were friendly, informative, and efficient.
2. The email reservation I received contained all the information I needed — recap of what the sales guy told me, location, contact info, what I agreed to rent.
3. I arrived to Uncle Bobs and the lady gave me the same level of attention, information, and confidence that my valuables would be safe. I trusted her and she’s been there for 16 years. (Hope you bought that Audi we discussed!!!)
4. Lowest price humidity and temperature controlled storage space. The facility is very clean and well maintained.
I still feel silly raving about a strange rental experience, but thank you for making an experience that is somewhat stressful (storing valuables somewhere I’m not) into one less worry and one more reassurance. Kudos to you guys.
