I walked in with a simple question & the two women who work @ the main store were very friendly. They told me however that I needed to go to their location behind Kia. I arrived @ this location & the employee said he would have to ask his manager about my request. The manger literally grunted no on my request & complained about how he generates money. I left, drove down the street & got the work done @ the Mazda service center just how I wanted for under $ 100 & in less than an hour. Grunting «no» & complaining about how you make your money in front of a potential customer is a great way not to generate business.

I am very impressed with the professionalism, ethics and timeliness of having a couple of major-​ish repairs to meet Virginia inspection. Firstly, they either showed me or demonstrated why the repair was necessary. They finished the repairs exactly as they promised, within the estimated amount. They communicated promptly when necessary.
I compared price, recommendations and overall service experience with three different shops before choosing Laslie’s for the repairs. I would recommend them to friends and will be using them in the future.

I tried getting an inspection here and they found a couple legitimate issues with my vehicle that needed repair, no problem. However they also hit me on at least three other issues that didnt exist such as they said my brake indicator light didnt work when the emergency brake was applied, which it does and always had. They said my horn didnt blow which it does, and said my high beam indicator light didnt work, and it does. I waited for my inspection and at no time did they call me back to show me any issues either. Most garages would look at what is wrong, show you, and try to do the repairs for you. Not these guys. They gave me a rejection sticker and parked my vehicle back in the parking lot, not even offering to fix anything or provide a list of what was wrong

Our car was rear ended twice and Laslies made it look just like new! Get. Four oil changes and you get the fifth one FREE!

Fantastic and fast job on my car plus a warranty to boot! Friendly staff, clean family environment, helpful to all — even speak Spanish if needed. All around great place to bring your car, buy tires, or get car fixed.
