I’ll give it to Applebee’s, I really thought they were trying to get their act together. Maybe as a whole company they are… This particular restaurant however has increasingly lowering standards and the only good part of this dinner was the nice man who opened the door for us. I ordered one of the sirloin steaks (now I know this is no steakhouse but you would think it would be at least comparable to what you could make at home) which was absolutely one of the most disgusting things I have ever put in my mouth. Half was almost rare to the point of mooing and then the other half cooked to well done. How the hell do you even accomplish making 2 different temp steaks at the same time. Anyway, super awkward was the manager who was performing an interview at the booth behind us at 7:30pm?! How uncomfortable for your guests to have to listen to how chipotle and panera are your big competition.
Moral of the story, don’t believe everything you see on tv…

The last two times I’ve went here the service/​food has been terrible you really have to watch Applebees almost go and cook your own food and pour your own drinks in order for you to get what you want the first time about a week ago my wife and I sat in the bar I ordered the hot shot whiskey chicken and a double whiskey sour when my drink came out I sent it back because they only put one shot while I’m paying for two and when the food came out it was really small not enough gravy and looked nothing like the picture … but still trying to give Applebees a chance just last night I ordered the shrimp parmesan sirloin meal which comes with seasonal vegetables «garlic mashed potatoes» or a baked potato and a «medium rare» 9oz sirloin when my food arrived I had a medium cooked steak and fries on my plate. …FRIES WEREN’T EVEN A CHOICE just shows me these guys don’t care about their customers at all and I used to go here quite a bit but after this I won’t be going back at all anymore

Disappointed that they have changed their happy hour menu. Used to go here on a weekly basis but that has changed dramatically since the revamp. Not even the unlimited fries can make me come back here. Please go back to the old menu. This simply isn’t working.

Worst food ever got the chicken and shrimp on the 2 for 25 menu and it was so salty I felt sick before I left I told them about it cause we couldn’t eat it and they just said they will let the cook kmow. Won’t be going back no time soon

Ehhhh, it seems no matter what location I visit Applebee’s has always just had mediocre food. I’ve only gone two times and it’s just so bland. I will say the staff was kind and accommodating both times but the food just isn’t great. I can’t see myself going back here unless the food quality standard goes up.

Applebee’s is probably the least vegetarian friendly restaurant ever. Ofcourse you can get some appetizers and salads as a vegetarian, but as far as entrees go, it’s kind of a joke. You can order one of the pastas and request no meat on it. A simple veggie burger would be a great addition to their menu. Ofcourse Applebee’s ignorance is not something this one location can change. The food was just okay, but the service on the other hand was lacking. Sure it was kind of busy when we were there, but it shouldn’t be necessary to hit the server button so many times.

Not sure what happened to this place since my last visit a few months ago but everything (menu, service, atmosphere, prices, etc.) have changed for the worse. This was a great place to go for dinner or happy hour with friends because of the hours and location. It’s too bad they had to change their business model, I guess all good things have to come to an end sometime.

Apple bees has really lost it’s touch and gone down hill. I remember from jr high all the way to college this location was always busy and atomsphere was great but now it’s just so blah. Their attempt at recreating their menu has been horrible. I feel like their trying to brand their image as a joeys or met and making their food worse. The old school happy hour food was the best and this new pub crap is bad. My group and I use to go there every week for the past 5 years but now we barely make it once every few months. Just not the same and not worth it anymore. My suggestion to Apple bees is stop trying to be something your not and go back to when you guys were something to rave about.

Late happy hour with the girls; the food and the appetizers were okay. The service is what you’d expect because it’s true what they say «you know when you’re not at Nordstrom» between the four of us we had 12 glasses that stayed on the table until we got our check; eight of those glasses were empty and the plates didn’t get cleared either. I’m giving three stars because I’m sure the waiter was doing his best but the only reason to come here is for happy hour drinks but keep your expectations adequate for where you are dining.

My brother used to joke with me that you can slowly see how progressively worse Applebee’s is getting based on the noticeably declining quality of the Happy Hour nachos.
Well, now that they just got rid of the nachos on the happy hour menu, what does that say about Applebee’s? I went this past weekend, and was dismayed by their new «Pub» appetizer menu which was very confusing. Well, as you can see by the pictures, this is what I got for 9.50. 3 small tacos, and 4 bone in chicken wings. I mean it’s not terrible value, but it isn’t close to what it used to be.
Applebee’s used to be a go-​to spot for late night snacks. It used to be reliable. After all their changes, I don’t know what it is anymore.

Wow! Sub par food, sub par service, premium price. I had a bad feeling when we were first seated and it went downhill from there. Cleanliness is not high priority. The server was nice but wasn’t too concerned about prompt service. The food was run of the mill Denny’s quality– at a higher than Denny’s price. Crossing this place off the list. Yuck.

I was out with a group of foreign students. We needed to find a place to study and have dinner. Denny’s on 196th in Lynnwood was freezing so we decided to move along. We decided on Applebee’s. This was my first time at their location in Lynnwood. As we said in basic training, it was clean, dry and serviceable. We were able to get a table by a power outlet for my friend who needs a new laptop. They had easy to use free wi-​fi and some really tasty food.
My friends got the ribs and fries, they shared. The ribs didn’t have very much meat on the bone. They didn’t seem to match their picture in the menu. I got chicken tenders over mac and cheese with bacon in it. Yum! It was great!
The booth was kind of small for a study session but I’m sure it would be enough space for a family of four.
Parking was ample. The waitress was friendly and helpful as was the greeter.
All in all, it was a good experience!

What can you say, its an Applebee’s. That said, it isn’t the best one I’ve been too. Servers are prompt, but the food isn’t up to standards when they are busy. Steak was bit undercooked and the steamed veggies where pretty much raw. I would eat there again if I was nearby with their Perks Rewards you get two steak dinners for 15 bucks. Not bad.
