YUM. So many delicious things here!!! I had a few things. All were up-​to-​snuff. Can’t wait to be back in the area so I can go back.

What a treat! This bakery is adorable & the owners are so friendly! Delicious pastries, great donuts & bagels too. We stopped in on our way home from Estes to grab some treats, wish we lived closer to this gem!

Everything we ordered was devoured in seconds. The chocolate éclair was filled with billowy cream, the lemon cake was also delicious. Worth a stop.

We got cake and cake pops for our wedding from Button Rock, and they were AMAZING. We had strawberry and vanilla cake pops, and a pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese frosting as our cutting cake and sheet cake. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it all was!

Button Rock Bakery is an absolute gem in Lyons! I’ve tried almost everything, and it is all delicious! The rosemary chocolate, sandwiches and strata are soooooo good! My boyfriend had a cake made for my birthday that looked like a gnome. It was hard to make the first cut, but once I did I couldn’t stop! Rice krispy treat hat and coconut crème cake… mmmmmmm. Unbelievably delicious, adorable and the best birthday cake I’ve had in 29 years! I just wish they were open when my late night cravings kick in!

Absolutely amazing! We stumbled on this place while walking around downtown Lyons on our way to Estes Park and all five items that we bought were exquisite. The texture, flavors, quality, appearance were all absolutely stunning. We tried the peanut butter cup sandwich cookie, the flourless chocolate cake, the caramel apple bread pudding, a coconut macaroon, and a caramel nut bar and only wish that we lived closer! We also had excellent service from the chef.

Great find in Lyons! Button Rock Bakery has a colorful look and glass front cases displaying tasty treats. Caprese sandwich was served hot and generously portioned. Great meal will stop by again.

Love this little place! We happened upon it while walking down the main street in Lyons, and stopped in on whim. Very glad we did.
It is a tiny place, with two little display cases. Those display cases are chock full of tasty sweet goodness. And while we were there, perusing and selecting, more and more different freshly baked items kept appearing from the back. (Everything is baked on the premises.) So, more and more items, more and more choices, making the selection process increasingly difficult. An excellent problem!
We tried several things– carrot cake whoopie pie, chocolate-​dipped macaroon, nut bar, and cookie dough chocolate brownie. All were very good. We very much liked that almost everything available was a single or double serving size, nothing larger, so we could get an array of things without ending up with a lot extra or spending way too much money.
Prices. Surprisingly reasonable for a stand-​alone bakery. Nothing seemed overpriced. Everything seemed reasonable for quality, quantity, and freshness. (Unfortunately rare these days.) Noticeably less expensive than the inferior Whole Foods bakery, Lucky’s Bakehouse, and places like that.
Service was very pleasant and efficient. Thank you to whoever you were! You represent the place beautifully.
I do wish (for the bakery’s sake) that the outdoor signage for the place was much more clearly visible from the street. There is a sign, a pretty one, but it just isn’t noticeable when a vehicle drives by. We only found BRB because we walked by and smelled something yummy emanating from inside. If the signage were a little more striking, perhaps more vehicles would pull to the curb, dispelling hungry occupants.

Fantastic bakery! We were up in Lyons looking at wedding venues and stopped by afterwards to enjoy a pastry. We were all very impressed! Button Rock Bakery was one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been too and everything was perfect. Jamie was very helpful and talked with us for quite awhile about wedding venues in the area. I would drive from Denver or Fort Collins to visit this shop any day!

This was my second visit and again I was not disappointed. This time I had a Mexican wedding cookie that was baked to perfection. It had just the right amount of crumble and not too much powdered sugar. My husband had a cannoli that was filled with Nutella cream and was delicious! The coffee is also very good; not too strong and just the right temperature.

What a lovely places with amazing goodies!!! Cupcakes are so incredibly delicious and beautiful! The icing is great and the cake is also amazing. The owners are so incredibly kind and talented. The pies are also wonderful. An absolute must stop in Lyons… And really a wonderful resource for weddings in Estes park!

We stumbled into Button Rock Bakery shortly after it opened on a whim while visiting my parents in Lyons. It would be the first of many more visits to come. Virtually everything they have is amazing! I contacted them just days before our wedding to see if they could make the desserts. They created a beautiful cake that looked just as the photo I had sent as well an assortment of cookies, French macarons, pistachio bombs (our favorite), and other goodies. Needless to say, we will be dropping in any time we are in the area!

This place is dangerously deliciousness! My favorite is the chocolate caramel tart, they’re eclairs are perfectly done but everything I’ve had here is amazing! Absolutely love this place!
