Wow! Old school customer service! Manager’s name is Sean. He totally hooked me up, with Brand New ski rentals for my kids, at an Incredible Price… Thanks again Sean!!! I will definitely recommend this ski shop to all of my Mammoth-​bound friends

I would not recommend Get Outdoors 365!
As long as you are buying, the husband and wife are helpful. They seem to know what they are talking about. However when they sold me snowboard bindings and I got home to try them, my boots did not fit the bindings so I used my other board. When I returned them, they were rude, not helpful and no longer seemed to care. They seemed to demand that I get another pair that work. But I already used my other snowboard to ride that day instead and for the next few days of riding I wanted the same. The wife took my board removed the bindings and gave me my money back. No words said, no, I am sorry that we gave you bindings without asking to check to make sure your boots fit, no I am sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing. Not to mention I had purchased other items there as well. I needed another pair of goggles and they had some at good prices but they were so unfriendly I decided to not buy anything else form them.
So as long as you buy they are great. But if there is a problem, they not only do not want to return the item, even if never used and only had for an hour or so, they are simply rude to you. This is not a way to treat customers. Nor would I ever go back!
I am sorry, but go anyplace else!

My family comes to Mammoth every year. This time around, I rented from Get Outdoors 365 and it was the easiest rental experience I’ve had. Friendly staff, great prices, great selection throughout the store. They also have the coolest shop dog named Switch. He’s a giant Malamute Husky.

Fantastic place for rentals or ski/​board equipment. Some of our party used them for rentals and they were patient and walked us through the different options, educated us on the differences between skis, and helped us into ones specific for the current conditions. Everyone had a great time on their equipment. Probably the best rental experience I’ve ever had.

This place here saved us!
During a busy weekend during valentines and Presidents’ Day all other rental around was all rented out and was really limited for my 7 year old daughter snowboard and 9 year old son.
I just called in, coming in 1hr away. Give them the measurements height and weight they were able to tell me their inventory price. They didn’t wasted my time. They were super friendly, great with people skills, and great with my kids. Great service !!!
All their rental are pretty brand new or brand spunky new!
My daughter had the cutest brand new 100 cm Solomon sponge bob snowboard. With brand boots.
My son had 120 Solomon ski and brand new boots
My bf had some high performance with boots ski poles and helmet
All totally less than $ 90.00
I would totally come back and rent here every time .
I had called many other places and give the same info and they were not able to help me out or suggest I come in to see if they have it or not. Which didn’t make any sense for me to come in one hour and to see if they have their inventory or not.

Friendly and warm service. Great people and also very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Great people and awesome dog (Switch). They do rentals as well as sell cool clothes for fair prices. I love the personalized service. Convenently located on main street next to outlets.

I’m so glad to see this store open. It is run by the people who used to run the Value Sports in Bishop. They have great gear, prices, knowledge, and service. Definitely worth a visit.

Great new sporting goods store in the outlet shopping mall! They have a wide variety of sporting goods, clothing and camping supplies. Forget socks? Need a hat or sunglasses?
They have a very good selection of Mammoth-​branded merch too.
Super friendly and knowledgable staff, too!
