Domino’s as a chain might be doing well but this specific Domino’s has been a disaster for years and it just keeps getting worse. My last order was almost 4 months ago and despite it being so bad that the manager offered to replace for free the entire order at a future date(agonizingly slow delivery and the pizza was destroyed worse than I’ve ever seen, they slid all over the box and all the toppings were stuck to the top of the boxes), I’m not even going to take them up on it because the food and service are just so incredibly, consistently terrible. I’m sitting here on an empty stomach and free Domino’s pizzas are just one phonecall away… but no, you literally can’t even give me food from this Domino’s for free.

After being a weekly customer for years, it’s slowly gone down here and this pat experience was just it for us! 2 hours to deliver a pizza? Had I not been home sick I would have gotten it myself but goodness. Then the driver stood at my door and argued with me and was so mean. He was representing Dominos! Never again. There was something slimy on the pizza and I wasn’t chancing it! We ordered Papa Johns told them what happened and they gave us a discounted pizza and got it to us in 20 minutes AND brought my kids a cookie thing.

Hey, Ashley Borrgreen(aka Ashley Kicksbutt, aka Ashley Hall), how about returning $ 1000 you defrauded from me? You are a low life scum. Stay away from this domino.

My husband and I got a pizza from them… And I kid you not, there was an ant(or some kind of bug) in it. Needless to say we didn’t and couldn’t finish eating it. Definitely not ordering from here ever again. Pizza Hut here we come

I have ordered from here a few times for delivery, including yesterday. The food has always come fast and is hot. I love the coupon where you can choose from a list of items and they are $ 5.99 each as long as you purchase at least two items. I comparison shopped like pizza items at Domino’s, Papa John’s, Paisano’s, and Pizza Hut for delivery and Domino’s was cheaper by about $ 5. Delivery drivers have always been friendly. Will continue to order pizza from this location.

You guys forgot my marinara sauce for my breadsticks and my hot sauce on my fiery Hawaiian pizza. This is unacceptable and next time I will be choosing papa johns botches. I guess this is why it’s 50% off because you only receive half of your order. Kick rocks stupid dominoes

I decided to place an order hoping to receive my food with no problems like always. I placed the order, and after 50 minutes of waiting and no food, I called that store and they said that their driver had just left 10 minutes before I called. I thought that was ridiculous, but I accepted it. I waited, and my food finally came. I ordered a pizza and a bread bowl pasta. The pizza was okay like usual but the pasta was not how it should’ve been. It had a topping I didn’t choose and the noodles from the pasta were not cooked correctly. I had chosen banana peppers and pepperoni but it came with chicken instead. I did not expect this type of service especially from Dominos and I was not satisfied.

Not many places deliver around here in Manassas after 11 so I thought I might try the nearest Dominos. I order a pizza and a pasta for myself and my brother. The prices are good and my total was only $ 18.16 so it was definatley not expensive for delivery. As I am waiting I realize that an entire hour has gone by and the timer on their website says 25 – 45 mins. I call the store and a woman answers and I ask her what happened to my food and she said the delivery guy just left 5 mins ago. I was upset about the wait but as a Manager at a restaurant myself, I understand that some days can get really busy. The food finally arrives and the gentleman delivering it is friendly. I am enjoying my pizza and my brother starts to eat his pasta and he realized they added a wrong topping and the pasta is not fully cooked! I call again and I say that my order got messed up and i’m upset that I waited this long to get it. She says«hold on one second», then I overhear another employee ask the person on the line with me what I am asking for and she says«oh no it’s just a dumbass trying to get free pizza». She must have forgotten to put the phone on hold but that was a mistake! I feel disrespected and ripped off. Do NOT order from here!!!

I have no idea why this spot has low stars. I order from here FAR more than I should, and I have never gotten anything but a quality, hot, cheesy, prompt Domino’s pizza experience. I will say — they are better at deep pan pizzas than thin crust — my thin crust is never crispy. Which is always a bit sad. But it is devoured anyway. Dominos is one of those national chains that I will always defend, even though I usually never pass up a chance to hate on mass market crap food. Their toppings are way fresh, and their product is way tasty. Are all of their things as good as their pizza? No. But their pizza hits the spot. And this particular branch has never done me wrong.

I have a love hate relationship with this Domino’s. Sometimes I’ll get my pizza very fast, but the second to last time it took almost an hour to get here, and the pizza was cold. Bleh. I ordered some earlier this week and it was pretty good… Bacon and green pepper thin crust pizza = Their wings are almost always singed… I’d say just go for the pizza.

My rating isn’t so much for the quality of food as it is for their customer service. However, for what it is, the product is not bad. You order Dominoes when you want something fast, inexpensive and conveniently delivered. The other day I ordered pizza, bread bites and cinnamon sticks. When I was dishing the food out, the bread bites were raw and there was oil leaking from the cinnamon sticks. It was pouring out of the box. Of course, inedible, I tossed it out. So I wrote Dominoes and asked them to fix it. They got back to me within the hour via email, notified this location(along with the disastrous pictures I sent them) and the owner, Joel, deeply apologized and made it right by replacing my whole order, not just what was inedible. I know you may think, «Duh, that’s what a business should do.» and you’d be correct. But, I’ve lived here for almost a year now and you’d be surprised how many businesses don’t care to fix things and those that pretend to make you jump through hoops to talk to anyone! Dominoes’ customer service outshines other businesses’ that I’ve experienced here so far. I’m usually put on the back burner and left feeling disposable playing phone tag. It’s not a money issue, it’s about the basic fundamentals of having a business. The appreciation of your customers. And this specific Dominoes saw their mistake and made it right immediately. I was very impressed. As silly as it sounds.

I was craving a thin crust pizza and forgot who made it how I like it. Ding ding ding! I picked the right place and was not disappointed. I’ve ordered here before and even walked in to order a pizza. They deal with a lot of random customers, the phone rings off of the hook. I like to order online and watch the little pizza maker in action. Tonight, I had just got off the site after about 10 minutes post order surfing, kid you not, had a knock at my door within the time it took me to turn the front porch light on. So, there we have a smiling pizza guy with fresh, hot pizza that looked untampered with and tasted exactly what I craved. Maybe I had a great experience for ordering early for munchies around 930PM, but I would trust them again.

Domino’s falls into the realm of fast food, and given what it is, I usually don’t mind it. It’s not great, but it fits the budget and the hunger. And… well, I fully admit that I really, REALLY like their cheesesteak pizza. I also get that mistakes happen from time to time. Tonight, our wings were burnt, charcoal-like. Memories of Chicken Past. Naturally, we called to see if they could make it right. The conversation went like this: «Hi, the chicken we ordered was burnt and way, way overdone. Would it be possible to get a replacement?» «Your chicken was burnt because you ordered it online.» W… what? Because we ordered online our chicken was left out in the Mojave for three days to dry and crisp? That justification makes no sense. There’s no «Zombie Apocalypse Leftover Chicken» option when ordering. But that was their justification. You place an order online and they burn it because reasons. When pressed for a replacement they made it sound like they were doing us a favor by replacing it. And yes, they did follow through and replace it, but the driver who brought it wasn’t told he was delivering a comp and still expected a tip. Rather disappointed.

Will never order or get food from this Domino’s again. We order a lot of pizza. we like pizza! Mix it up. change combos and in general. just like it! For 3 years straight, I talked about the awesome Domino’s we had! We probably spent close to $ 300 a month, if not more there. Then came a huge change in fall of 2013. don’t know what it was, but wasn’t good. Quality went way down! The pizza started tasting chemically and service just failed miserably! I will give you the last two straw stories: 1. Ordered pizza for my son’s birthday party. My debit card errored out, for fraud purchase as we bought 20 pizzas and BoA blocked it. Mind you called the store to order. Hour and a half later. no pizza, had not even started order. no call, no follow up! I call back same kid who took order says. «yeah, my bad. .» Okay dummy 30+ starving 7 – 10 year olds and 10+ adults. and the pizzas sucked! 2. Ordered pizza for kids, I felt like a pasta bowl. I kid you not there were 4 curly red hairs in the pasta bowl… I threw up when I pulled it out of my mouth.(My kids and I have dirty blond hair and other half is bald) Worse part was guy at front when we picked up has red, curly hair! If you ever want to see pictures, I have those.

So finished with this place! The people who work here are completely incompetent. First off, we stopped having them deliver probably a year ago just because they ALWAYS forgot something. Whether it was the marinara for my cheese bread(which they charge for and I pay in my order), or they forget my drink, etc. So we did pick-up only, after ordering online. Then when my husband would pick it up, they didn’t put the marinara in with the bread! So we always check for it and have to ask for it. When we ask for the marinara when picking up the pizza, it doesn’t matter who is there, they get an attitude and say«you gotta pay for that.» I already did pay for it when I ordered it online! I have to make them check the receipt and then they slap the sauce cup on the counter. Wow. If that wasn’t enough, we had the last straw just last week. I tried ordering online as I usually do and there was a glitch that wasn’t allowing me to order with a coupon from the Domino’s website. So I called this store and the guy that answered sounded stoned out of his mind. Seriously. He asked me about a dozen times what I was ordering so I had to continually repeat it, and it was just a single pizza and chicken! So we go with our son to pick it up and it was a huge ordeal. It wasn’t even the stoner from the phone; it was a very fair, stout woman. I asked her why my total came to over $ 17 when the deal was $ 13.99. The whole reason I ordered from Domino’s over another place is because of the advertised price. She then proceeded to explain to me that I was getting an «up charge» for the pizza being a pan. For crying out loud, the coupon says PAN right in it! It says«medium, 2-topping pan pizza and specialty chicken 13.99» right on the website. Then she tells me that the offers online are different from those in the store. What the eff?! You’re Domino’s. The whole reason you have to put in your address when you place an order in online is so that you are matched with the store nearest you and given that location’s deals and specials. I told her what she charged me was wrong, so she offered to void the transaction on my card and re-ring it. I agreed, and that’s when she started explaining to me the nonsense of why I was being charged that amount and that I was wrong. Really, it’s not rocket science. Just make a pan pizza, stick the 2 toppings I requested on top, and give me the chicken I ordered. Our 6-month-old woke up from his nap at that point and started crying with my husband so we just left. We will never give business to Domino’s again. Their staff is terrible, their food is mediocre, and there are too many other real pizzerias around to waste more time and money with these people.

Starting out with a couple of complaints about dominos in general. I’ve never been crazy about dominos pizza but I’ve been wanting to try dominos again since they changed their recipe. I got a $ 5 off coupon from the dominos facebook coupon but when I tried to redeem it said«invalid code». I decided to order a medium pepperoni and mushroom and a BBQ chicken pizza because it was cheaper to buy two pizza than just one. When is it cheaper to buy two pizzas than a single, crazy. I chose delivery but when I got my receipt the online ordering system actually had the order as pickup. I quickly called dominos and explained the situation. The guy on the phone was friendly and didn’t sound surprised and this was a common problem. I was also told that it would cost $ 2 more. My question is why am I paying $ 2 more if none of that goes to the delivery person and I still need to tip them? I order for 6:50pm and the pizza was a few minutes early. Even though it was early the pizzas were still on the cold side. Overall the new recipe is better but still not as good as the other chains. I do like the garlic crust. If I order from dominos again it will be for the bread pasta bowls which are pretty good.
