Joe’s is a consistent go-to on a lazy afternoon or a sick day. We love the white chicken specialty pizza, the chicken cheese steaks, the steak fries, and the cannolis aren’t bad either :-) Tasty and reasonably priced take-out restaurant :-)

Absolutely terrible!!! I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich and my friend ordered a Zep hoagie. First let’s start with the the fact that I had to pry a paper plate that had been stuck in place by the congealed cheese on my parm. Why would you do that, why would you wrap a plate around melted cheese. The cheese will set up at some point genius. Ok now let’s get into the soggy sad excuse for a chicken parm this was… well wait let’s not. It was soggy and under cooked… end of story. The Zep hoagie now that was a treat… from the quarter onion lazily thrown on top to the meat all stacked in the middle of the bread… this sandwich too was atrocious. I haven’t been to Joe’s in years, I used to eat there weekly until their food became terrible, gave them another chance. Needless to say I won’t be ordering Joe’s again.

Excellent! Manassas surprisingly has some pretty good pizza joints. I’m usually a Tony’s person, but they don’t deliver. So when I’m feeling lazy I’ll give Joes a call. If Decently priced for the amount of food you get. You won’t be disappointed! I promise this will hit the spot.

Worst pizza ever! It was super thin, I asked for well done it was floppy. Barely cooked. Barely any sauce thought I was eating cheese bread. The pizza was half bacon and had bacon on TWO slices! Fries were terrible and barely cooked. Good delivery service but I will not be returning.

Gave this pizza a try yesterday. Got a large pick up special for 9.99(a 1 topping pepperoni pizza). Dough was a soft round almost powdery crust(reminds me of a Papa Johns crust) and the sauce was sweet. My pizza was actually pretty good; slightly bland. May try again with different toppings. I’ve had better in the area, but not all that bad either.

The thing about first impressions, they can only be made once. My first time here and I wanted to try something signature, a sub perhaps. A steak and cheese sub even. The 12 incher seems fair at $ 9.01 however ultimately disappointing at any price. The onions uncooked, the bun heavy on mayo, the peppers randomly sliced. Perhaps there are better choices on the menu but I doubt that I will ever know.

I’ll keep this short and sweet: the stuffed crust chicken alfredo pizza from Joe’s is one of the single greatest foodstuffs you will ever encounter in your life. It’s not just good, it’s «My stomach hurts so bad… but… maybe one more slice. OHGODTHEDELICIOUSPAIN!». There’s even spaghetti noodles on it! NOODLES! Seriously. It’s amazing.

Best wings I’ve had in a long time. Their sauce is near perfect. Make sure to order your wings fresh. Twice they’ve delivered me wings that had been under a lamp for awhile. Not cool! Their subs are so good! Fresh with plenty of toppings.
Here’s why I only gave them(2) stars. I question the sanitary methods of how they prepare their food and how they clean the place. I had the misfortune of ordering late one night and as soon as I walked in I noticed the place had a smell of Pine Sol and piss. It was awful in such a cramp spot. I had to wait 20 minutes because they got my order wrong and they were cleaning up to go home so I had to stand there and smell that shizz. Not good. These guys were handling cleaning products and wiping down the place with the same plastic gloves they used to prepare the food. For some reason some guy kept removing the same two items of bread from the oven(mind you… same gloves) and then putting it back in the oven. His apron looked like he’d been wrestling a wet grizzly and he kept wiping those hands on the apron after cleaning. Just as I was about to scream at the manager, some other guy came out of the back, put on fresh gloves, and prepared my food. Another night I was there, the manager on duty practically allowed this couple to make out on the counter. I guess they were his friends but this guy basically mauled this lady in this cramp little place. I would have ranked them higher if it wasn’t for these incidents. With the presence of Ebola running rampant, these guys should be way more careful then they are about the safe-handling of customer’s food. I’ll never there again.

I will never return to this place again! My food was horrible! Ordered a steak and cheese sub and it was disgusting to say the least. It had some beans in it(don’t know why) and the meat was dry and nasty and had no flavor. I would give this place no stars if I could. I remember coming here as a kid and the food was decent, guess something went wrong at some point.

Joes is a Manassas Park staple… I will always visit occasionally but over the last few months, my three visits have not been anything stellar, matter of fact, they’ve been rather disappointing. Joes was once my «go to» for pizza delivery. The last two pies we’ve ordered have been bland, undercooked and soggy; we now order pizza from Pisano’s. We also ordered a Philly Chicken Sub lunch special, while the accompanying steak fries were killer, the sub itself was pretty blah. It wasn’t chopped up seasoned chicken like what you would expect a Philly to be, it was chunks of grey meat, no seasoning, no cheese, no onions, just mayo and lettuce — similar to a chicken breast that had a knife coarsely run through it. The meat was pretty suspect so it was primarily just removed from the sub. I still love the salads and gyros here, but the quality of food has drastically declined.

Never again! Thought I would try this restaurant, but was extremely disappointed. WalMart frozen food is better than this place!

I have been eating here for a decade. Best place to get a N.Y. style sub or sandwich in Manassas. They deliver and have good pizza.

This place is hit or miss! Sometimes the pizza is really good and fresh and other times I wonder if it was sitting out for a while before it was delivered. When its fresh, its awesome! But my boyfriend and I are guilty of throwing away a full pizza when it was cold. It is worth giving a try though, but maybe pick it up rather than have it delivered.

I’ve eaten here twice. Once 17 years ago. And again last night. Both times, I got the steak and cheese sub. And both times, it was awesome. Just as good as I remembered it. One of the best I’ve had. They’re generous with the toppings(lettuce, mayo, onions, banana peppers), and the steak is delicious. Juicy and tender. Very filling. I got a 12 inch sub and my wife got a 7 inch italian sub. With two drinks, we paid $ 18, which wasn’t bad at all. We ate outside at the picnic tables and ate, which was nice. It’s a good 10-minute drive from our house, but definitely worth it, at least for the Steak and Cheese sub. Trying the pizza next time. And I won’t wait 17 years before I go back this time.

I wanted so bad to like this place. why? I dont know. But maybe I just havent had good luck with my order. I tried a pepperoni pizza and personally Ive had better from every other place Ive ordered! It was warmish I guess and the cheese and sauce was pretty plain to us. We ended up just eating the pepperonis off of it. Maybe the subs are better then the pizza.

This is a tiny little place squeezed into a small piece of real estate betwee Rt 28 and Old Centreville Road. It’s your typical pizza/sub joint. It has a good menu for such a tiny little place, and the food is decent just as good as any other sub/pizza joint. The pizza is excellent. In fact Joe’s is the preferred pizza for Precious who doesn’t eat pizza very often, but when she does want pizza, she wants it from Joe’s. Parking is a little awkward. There is a small lot on Rt 28 that is difficult to get in and out of during periods of heavy traffic. Another lot is on the hill above accessed by Old Centreville Road. So getting take-out is a little difficult but well worth the hassle. But it’s a good thing they deliver. One thing I especially like about Joe’s is their use of immigrant labor. In Manassas there is Old Manassas, white red necks who have been living there for decades, and New Manassas, immigrants from Latin America and several Asian countries. Sometimes there is friction. At Joe’s the two come together. The owners seem to be white red necks, but working there I’ve seen a few immigrants. I just like the fact that the two groups can work together in harmony. I’ll stop now before I break out into song.

Joe’s is take out only. No tables, no place to sit and eat in. Got the 12″ Steak and cheese sub, with a side of the thick-cut baked wedge potato fries. The sub comes with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and banana peppers. The bread was excellent, and the veggie toppings were plentiful. The meat was a finely chopped steak — which had good flavor — BUT — it was a bit on the salty side. The fries were very good. They offer lots of other stuff: Gyros, subs, pizza, pasta, and more. If the meat had not been so salty — I would have given the place 4 stars.
