Best experience I’ve ever had in phone store. Super awesome staff! They actually helped us get all these discounts which we had no idea we’re going on. Overall very happy we walked into this store.

The store is pretty empty. There are two employees helping everyone out and they will answer questions. They will try to up sell you on plans, but you’re in a store that’s trying to earn business so no surprise there. An employee wasn’t sure which countries had free calling and was pushing for us to do the research although he had easy access to the information. Very limited International countries you can call. It’s an average place.

The wife and I were looking to switch carriers and get new phones. I did a ton of research and knew what we wanted. I bought what we needed and resisted all of the upselling and needless add-ons that they tried to get us to buy. After nearly 2 hours in the store getting our service switched and new phones activated, the manager says to me: «can’t you just buy something else to help out _____. I’m looking out for him.» Apparently, he misses the basics of great service… take care of the customer and they will be back and refer friends, neighbors & co-workers. His focus was more on trying to take care of his staff’s commission check by getting me to buy crap I did not want, did not need and did not ask for. I should point out that the sales guy was nice and I get it that his job is to sell. People love to buy but hate to be sold. They would be wise to remember that. It was a good thing I got our deal in writing on a quote sheet. I had to call back 3 times to get our first bill correct when the manager didn’t remove all the charges we agreed to.
