Greeted right as I walked in with a friendly hello and asked if there was anything he could help me with. Latter found out (by his name tag) his name is Gabe. Great guy took me to the items I needed and offered to assist me with anything else. At check out was greeted warmly by Rebcca. She took the time out to ask me if I found everything I needed and to ask how my day was. Store is very clean and well keep.

This place is unbelievably slow, I stopped to drop off a ups package and watched five employees stand around while one person worked — I ended up leaving to go to another ups facility– don’t go here with even modest expectations

Don’t expect customer service here! The assistant manager was more concerned about rushing to his lunch break than helping me. The laptop model I wanted and was said online to be in this store — he couldn’t find. Then he was gone and I was left to pay with a clueless teenage boy who didn’t even mention a warranty whatsoever. From a safe source I know that the online availability for Staples locations is very reliable. There was no attempt to offer me a comparable model and the short promise I would have the laptop in 1 day? BS I’ll get it in 3… Next time I’ll order online!

What kind of retail store closes at 7PM on a weekday in the DC Metro area?
Staples is more of a ‘I’d really like this now and I’m willing to pay the premium because it’s a convenient stop after work’ kind of place so it not being open after 7PM renders it useless. I’ll stick with Microcenter and Amazon.
Hopefully they put something nice here when they go out of business.

Do you enjoy being ignored? Do you enjoy being treated like your bothering the employees by merely existing? Then do not hesitate, go to Staples on Liberia!
There was only one person doing actual work, which was the poor lady at the register. All others stood around awkwardly, and seemed to avoid you. I made the mistake of asking one of the employees a simple question, he then walked me over to another person, and asked that person the question I asked him.
If you are thinking about working here, I would first ask yourself, «Am I smarter than dog feces?» If the answer is «Yes», rip up your application. If the answer is, «No», then this is the perfect place for you to stand awkwardly watching other people work.
I only gave them an extra star (2), because there was no other customers in there, so if you know what you need, just grab it and get out and pray to the good lord above that you don’t encounter anything the requires a question.
