Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt

The ice cream isn’t the smooth soft serve you’d expect. It’s the grainy, shaved-​ice, watered down kind. I’ve had better froyo, especially given the cost -$ ¹⁴⁄₁₅ for 2 people with average sized helpings. There are chairs outside to eat & enjoy a summer night, but it’s right in the middle of a giant parking lot (terrible/​awkward view) that smells like black tar after cooking in the sun all day.

Yes!!! Delicious as always and I am so thankful for thie MANGO flavor with mo dairy. YUM!!!

Sweet Frog, I love you. I really do. You have some of the best froyo in town, and damn if I can’t keep going back to you. We’ve gone over a dozen times, and everything is just insanely good. Seriously. If you’re looking for Froyo Sweet Frog is *AMAZING*.
However, I’ve been locked in the store. Not once, but twice. For whatever reason, the employees at Sweet Frog tend to close the store an hour early to start cleaning and prep. However, when they do this, they lock the front doors. This A) traps existing customers like me in the store and B) prevents any new customers from being able to enter the store.
Color me crazy, but I don’t like being locked in a store no matter how good the froyo is.
Also of note: the benches and walls of the store are REALLY, REALLY dirty. I’m not sure if they regularly clean them. I’ve seen the same chocolate stain on the corner bench for the past month. It’s kind of gross, really.

Well, this Sweet Frog may just have opened, but if the owner keeps up this kind of behavior, I can tell you it won’t be open for long. Myself and my daughter, and my friend and her two children had just come from Vertical Rock climbing gym. It was my friend’s little boy’s birthday and we wanted to stop by Sweet Frog on our way home so we all could get some Fro Yo and celebrate his birthday. We left Vertical Rock at about 8:10 pm and got to Sweet Frog about 8:30 pm and even though the sign on the side of the building is blinking OPEN, the doors were locked. They aren’t suppose to be closed until 9:00 pm!!! My daughter said she could see someone in there cleaning something and they didn’t even look up. Well, Mr. Business Owner you lost our business that night… and my business from now on. I have a Sweet Frog in Woodbridge that I am sure would love to have my money! Nothing makes me madder than a business owner who thinks that they can close whenever they please before they are suppose to. If you have posted hours. stick to them.

I love this store. It is usually pretty quiet when I stop in during the daytime, which is nice, and the staff is always attentive, courteous and are good to help make delicious recommendations when I want to try something new.

I love Sweetfrog. But thes HOURS ARE WRONG! They close at 9 every night. Be warned!

I finally got a chance to check out the Sweet Frog on my side of M-​town. I don’t eat sweets often, but when I get that craving, I go all out. Which explains why two DIY FroYo’s wound up being $ 15. Unfortunately we didn’t see the «cash only» sign at the register until AFTER we had dished up our FroYo creations. Luckily, there’s a BofA on the other side of the shopping center, but you need to have your CC machines running at all times, and have alternate options when you don’t.
I love Sweet Frog’s flavor options and swirl suggestions, and found a new favorite go-​to. Cake Batter drew my eye in, and I thought the swirl with the Tart would be nice. But I did a small bot of them solo as well, and fell in love with the Tart. I love the sweet and tart combination, and a whole bucket of tart topped with various sweet candy toppings is just heaven!
The staff had a unique and clever way of gathering tips. They put out two tip jars that were labeled «Washington» and «Dallas» and asked «Which Team is Better?» Despite having a smaller jar, the Dallas jar had a lot more loot. Redskins fans are so cheap.

I have been to many froyo places in the area and in the west coast and this is the first one that has had dairy free. YES!!! the pink lemonade is bomb, and its dairy free!!! the tastes are genuine and price pretty good!

Very nice new store. Staff has been very friendly and the place is super clean. Love that it is so close to home.

Ah! Finally, a new Sweet Frog closer to my house!
It’s clean, well stocked, bright, and all around perfect!
It is also nice to see a young staff that is not off playing around but actually working!
I’ll be back!

Lots of free parking. Easy in and out and a very open, bright and sunny shop.
