Walked up at 2pm and there was no one in line. The one employee was writing a text message and wouldn’t even come over to service me. When she finally did I ordered a multi grain bagel. She went over to see if any were left and when she pulled the tray out I could visibly see one under another bagel. She let me n ow there were only plain and onion left. When I politely stated I could see on other another bagel she wouldn’t check and just reiterated that she just told me what they have and those are my only options. I didn’t end up ordering anything and had great snack at The Local MHT. Paid a little more than I planned but got great service and food.

Came here in a late Tue evening. Its a small DD and its clean. Prices are resonable and not extra expensive like everything else in the airport. I had a veggie breakfast wrap. Paid about $ 3 for it. I ate half of it and threw the rest away it had been overcooked or over heated in the microwave should I say. The cashier at the counter was overly chatty and told me a whole story about when she was a kids she didnt like bagels etc… blah. Anyway, I wouldnt suggest this place unless your starving like i was and on a time crunch. Point is DD cured my hunger pain :) i agree with some of the other reviews on this place the employees should realize the sense of urgency ppl have at the airport. Speed it up a bit.

This is located inside the security checkpoint over by Gate 15. It’s not a big DD, so choices will be somewhat limited. I was here to grab some coffee and a quick bite before catching my morning flight back home. There was a bit of a line when I arrived, but it moved quickly. Service was friendly, so no real complaints overall.

You call this thing a tuna wrap? I Don’t Think So! Service was slow with a heavy dose of surly on the side.

Really really slow… the one and only cashier didn’t seem to understand that there is a sense of urgency when serving customers in an airport. If you plan on grabbing up a donut or iced coffee prior to your departure, plan ahead and bake in some extra time to your airport arrival. This facility is small and slow. There IS another DD outside the terminal, but you won’t be able to get that liquid through security. Donuts only. Unless you’re a west coast person and have to get that last fix of iced coffee(I’m a guilty party), hold off on the coffee here and head across the way to the Smuttynose Brewery. Quick, friendly, and delicious food and drink options!

Very very small inside the terminal with a very limited selection. It is my last Dunkin Donuts before heading back to San Francisco — so that’s a big plus!

Same as any other DD restaurant, but the service is mediocre and they are usually out of everything. Given this DD is not in its own building, but I would rather go to ANY other Dunkin Donuts in the nearby area.
