Pelle Medical Spa

I had researched several Medical spa’s regarding Botox before I chose Pelle. I had read the reviews and figured what the heck. I am so grateful I went. The location is right off the main road through a little bit of an industrial park but the signs are very clear to get there. The facility is top notch and the people are absolutely fantastic. Extremely Professional, warm and welcoming. Christina was extremely kind and showed me around and Donna gave me the Botox treatment. I was amazed, she looked at my face, figured out what I needed and where and went to work. She used some sort of a cooling apparatus, don’t really know because my eyes were closed and I couldn’t believe how it was practically pain free. I am hooked now. Can’t imagine going any where else. There is even a hair salon on the top floor. They offer many other services which I am going to definitely look into. If you are contemplating Botox definitely read Unilocal reviews. I was going to go to a salon in Merrimack but after reading their reviews I am happy to have chosen wisely :)

This was my first visit and my first skin treatment ever aside from a basic facial. Sarah was awesome! She didnt try to sell or push things and was pleasant and most importantly the dermasound facial was aweosme! The added touches of warm towels on my feet and a little shoulder massage were great!

Went today for Botox for the first time. I called this morning and they had an appointment for me early this afternoon (so great). The ladies who took my call and checked me in (and out) were all very friendly and helpful. I saw Karen and she was very adept, knowledgeable and outgoing.
The building is in a strange part of town and I wouldn’t want to be roaming around there after dark, but they have done a beautiful job inside. Really, as soon as you open the door it is clean and modern and just gorgeous.
I definitely recommend this facility for cosmetic needs. They do a LOT more than Botox and I am looking forward to exploring some other options available to treat and take care of my skin.

Pelle was offering military members free tattoo removal (got to love a company that appreciates the military!) As a female in her 30s with the highly coveted «tramp stamp,» I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to part ways with the 18 year old me that thought it was a good idea to get that. The office was very nice and inviting. The staff, from initial phone call to checking in and through the appointment was wonderful! They answered all of my questions and I am now through two treatments. Tattoo removal isn’t fun, it hurts, but they are patient and do their best to make it as comfortable as possible. I like them so much I scheduled a chemical peel for next week. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone, the woman performing the peel gave me great information and we had a great conversation about my skin and desired outcome. I highly recommend Pelle. The staff is great and the prices are very reasonable.

Just made my appointment online and it was Super easy. Looking forward to my appointment with Tara and get rid of some pesky hair for good!!!

Went back this week for more botox, this time with Tara Patten. Tara is also super nice, very professional and made the injections almost painless. Let’s be real, you are going to feel something when they do botox, but it was just a pinch and she told me when to breathe (I was holding my breath) and for some reason that seemed to make it hurt less. No big deal in the pain department. We discussed the treatments and facials they will be having available and I am excited to try! Tami Smith at the front desk was so nice as well. Will definitely be back.

A breath of fresh air – so easy to get comfy and informed in a welcoming environment – all your questions or concerns addressed completely. Caroline takes her time with you and knows her stuff! This spa is going to grow and makes its name in Manchester… I’m a fan!
