Genevieve and Frank handled a move-​out liquidation for my parents in the New York area. They were professional, courteous, respectful of the stressful process of moving/​liquidating one’s possessions, and very understanding and accommodating even in the face of a major misunderstanding (which was OUR fault, not theirs) regarding specific aspects of what was to be liquidated. Their offer was absolutely fair and was made very promptly after their visit. Their clean-​out/​load-​out was accomplished unbelievably rapidly (just three hours, and there was a LOT of stuff to be packed up and moved, plus a number of furniture pieces) with zero hitches. Given how stressful such an experience can potentially be, I was extremely impressed at how smoothly they made it go. I would work with them again without hesitation (and I evaluated several vendors before choosing them).
