Matrix Reloaded Barbershop

I’m a black guy… new to NYC and I was searching for a barbershop. After searching desperately for a black barbershop in manhattan I came across Matrix. I walked in and instantly I felt at home. All black barbers, some hip hop music going, looked to me like the typical African American shop environment.
THEN I got the haircut…
One of the worst haircuts of my life. The guy was so interested in how fast he could get to the next person to make money, that he rushed the whole time! (I think his name is Malik.) Anyway I left there disappointed. I wanted that place to be the one so much. So I decided to give it one last chance… Instead of going to Malik I went to another guy who LOOKED more experienced… He was worse than Malik!!! After explaining to him that my hairline was not even… he made the mistake of trying to push my line back! I left without finishing the cut…
Don’t…I repeat DON’T waste your time!!!

My 8-​yr old Jonathan can get twitchy when he gets his hair cut — Dain at Matrix Reloaded was fantastic with him and gave him a great cut! We’ll definitely be coming back !
