McDonald’s

The reason I gave one star was there was this homeless women begging for food outside the door, I got her the food then she went in and wanted to eat inside, then there is this lady that works here she started to screaming and threaten to call the police, because she didn’t want the homeless lady to eat inside. Then she had the security to remove the poor lady. I feel like this is crazy, I’ve seen so many videos about this on YouTube, I didn’t expect this would actually happen to me in real life. Everybody have hard times in their life, no body wants to be homeless, why people gotta be so mean I just don’t get it. Please excuse my broken English, I’m just a foreigner that want to give a little love and try to help others.

Claims to be 24 hours. However they lock the door around 4am and keep it closed for a while to do cleaning. I get up early for my job and tried to go two days in a row, and encountered a locked door each time.
I feel this is deceptive. They should keep their door unlocked, or not claim to be 24 hours a day.

STAY CLEAR!
None of the charging stations work and the customer service here is absolutely horrible. The food came and looked like they shook the bag before handing it to me and my French fries were half full. One of the worst McDonald’s I have been to ever.

The employees at this location could use training in customer service. Not a single employee that interacts with customers have a clue what it means to treat customers with respect. They act as if they’re doing us a favor. Yes, this IS a McDonalds. But really?

We don’t usually frequent McDonalds’ anywhere, but we needed a quick bite, as we had about 20 minutes left before catching a tour just around around the corner, and needed something to eat. We’ve ordered 2 combo meals, and a chicken sandwich. I’ve asked for one of the drinks without ice, but you’d think I’ve asked for a million dollars. The lady behind the counter said she would have to give me half a cup only, since the rest of it would be filled with ice. Seriously? I’ve never heard of it, and I’ve been having drinks with no ice for 20+ years. I didn’t argue, but was puzzled. Her manager came over anyway and loudly commanded her not to give me a full cup of a dink since it’s without ice. The lady behind the counter did what she was told, and smiled apologetically. When we started eating, we’ve noticed that there was something floating inside the drink, so I went to the counter to ask for a fresh drink. I didn’t even get to the counter yet, as the same manager loudly called out to the lady who took my order: «Here she goes again!» I don’t know what her problem was, but I did get a fresh drink. Oh yes, and the charged me an extra drink upcharge for one of the Sprites. Nasty, awful service, just awful! Stay away!

For this to be in the middle of Times Square you would expect over the top customer service. But no one in there is pleasant. Traveling all the way from San Diego, CA I wasn’t expecting such a crappy service. The lady’s working there can at least smile and remove their fingers from their mouth when taking orders. & the supervisors are the worst. Shouldn’t they set the example for their team members. No wonder the people working there seem to hate it.
Please don’t stop in here. You will regret it !

Wait… Wth am I doing eating at McDonald’s?!?

In this particular location, the food is good and the staff is friendly enough, but this place has to be the biggest hobo hangout in New York City.
As I write this review, there is one table next to mine with 6 homeless guys chatting loudly, there is another drifter taking a nap in the table behind me, while another tramp goes table to table pandhandling. Staff doesn’t seem to mind.
I have nothing against homeless people and I feel sorry for their misfortune, but eating here is a very unconfortable experience.

Just got a Ranch Grilled Chicken Snack Wrap and a Fudge Sundae. The food was served pretty quick and the store looked so clean and nice. The crew member and manager that helped me were rude and not friendly.

First meal in america and its McDonalds. We came out of our hotel to times square, was few minutes from there. McDonalds was first place we saw and we were hungry. Had fillet o fish burger and was ok, the fries were too salty I couldn’t eat them.

An affordable way to eat in Times Square. I was expecting some special pricing, but they did not do that, good move.
The staff we ran into were pleasant and efficient.
Popular bathrooms, ladies room always has a line, don’t wait for it to go 911 girls.

Hell no! I saw a buffalo ranch sandwich on the menu. Sounds different. It was new so I order it. I saw on the register that it rung up as a bacon buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. I said no I don’t want bacon. Why does it not specify that? Then I look DIRECTLY below what I ordered, a buffalo ranch chicken sammich, and saw a BACON buffalo ranch chicken sammich. I asked the difference between the two even though it was obvious and she said it’s the same thing. I’m not dumb. You’re not gonna have the same item listed twice. One says with bacon and the other says without bacon. She claimed that they both have bacon –_​– just give me the damn sandwich. She still rung me up minus the bacon, medium fries and a holiday pie. I honestly didn’t want this crap but I was drinking and I was hungry so it got the job done.
I sat my drunk ass down and started swatting away at the pesky gnats that’s all up in your business while you wait. I was given my food minus my holiday pie that I ordered and I told her she forgot my pie and she said no, that I didn’t order one, in which I did, AND she said that she gave me my receipt, in which she didn’t. Basically telling me to look at my nonexistent receipt and I would see that I’m wrong. I had her look back at my order on the register and she saw that she indeed owed me a damn holiday pie. Don’t play with me. I sat down and swatted the pesky gnats away again before I dug in.
My friend went to the bathroom while I cleaned off our own table. She sat down and basically said she saw a roach in the bathroom. Because that’s something I want to hear before I chow down. The fries was cool and the sandwich was alright but I was still bothered by the whole transaction. Mind you the manager took my order.
Closer inspection shows that my holiday pie wasn’t so damn festive. It was hard as a brick and the custard was dried out. I should’ve gotten my money back when I was there since I was aware that it was dated after I finished my food. Now I’m mad because I really wanted that pie! Listen just because you have money, doesn’t mean you should franchise a McDonalds. Dung!

Be aware about the coffee here. They won’t give individual sugars or creamers to adjust to your liking. The staff does not respond to you unless you’re ordering.

Insulting. Came here for my first breakfast in the city from San Diego, CA & the orange juice was so watered down, it was like water with orange food coloring. Gross

It’s your standard McDonald’s that we all know and love (hate?). I only come here for their big breakfast when I have to be in the office super early. This location is in a tourist heavy area so the lines are normally super long (even for breakfast at 7am). There’s ample seating if you decide to stay.

Much like a brothel in Finland, this place is cleaner than you would expect!
However, the service is slow and the lines are disorganized. You never know what register is open so you stand in line and then some body opens a new register and everyone who walks in rushes up to that one when you’ve been standing there 10 minutes.
The food is the food, you know what I mean? It’s McDonald’s and it’s consistent.
If you’re on your way home after a night of drinking, this place is open pretty late to it’s a fine opportunity to put some food on your stomach before you go to bed.
Like I said, for how busy it is, it’s surprisingly not filthy, but the service stinks and everything just takes too long.

I’ve never had a problem at this McDonald’s and they are very cool about people using the bathroom. Also, a woman who works there told me I had beautiful eyes. How’s that for great service?!

This is by far the busiest McDonalds EVER! Although the drinks are okay, the food (especially LATE night) is inedible. I sent my husband here after a late theater night and he brought back a fish & chicken sandwich. The buns were like ROCKS and the chicken and fish were inedible. I think they must have been cooked ahead of time altho its supposed to be a 24-​hour McDonalds. Not enough help to keep the place clean…

Best time is at 2pm.
Came here at noon, omg, wrong time.
I ordered a premium chicken and ranch wrap and a milk shake. They had advertised a yellow milkshake on the wall and I pointed to the milkshake sign and say what flavor is the yellow one, she say, «green one?». OMG, the yellow one next the the green one. She say there is no yellow milkshake, ok, fine.
Then it took 10 minutes to get my food and None of the plug chargers work on the walls.
It was So hot sitting there.
I asked my friend if she was feeling that the temperature was high, she say that this is MCD’s way of making sure you eat fast and get out.

What? No dollar menu!!! Also, signage in the restaurant says the limit for any paying customer is 20 minutes. Even if its fast food, I don’t like the feeling of being rushed.
