For anyone that loves kicks, this is definitely your place to go and revel in the bright lights of design. I mean, have you ever had the problem where you show up to the party in the same exact top or dress or shoes as someone you hate? Well, with NikeiD, you will NEVER ever have to show up in the same kicks again. With so many colors and materials and shoe lines to pick from, the permutations are endless. You are most definitely getting one of a kind.
It’s an awesome way to design your own shoes, as you get to really feel and look at the colors and materials and to try on the same line of shoes for size. You get a one-​on-​one design consultant or guru to step you through the process and to offer advice and to help you realize the look you want. If you’re thinking about designing your own shoes online, I’d definitely say to go the extra step and make an in person appointment because some of the color swatches on your monitor aren’t really as true as looking at and touching the swatches in store. For instance, you might think that some of the suede colors will match with the regular fabric but in reality it may be a shade off from what you were expecting. In store, there is no doubt and you know what you will be getting. Plus, it’s a free service. Yes, you don’t have to pay extra for it. So why wouldn’t you?
You can either pick up in store or have it shipped to your home for a couple extra dollars. It takes about 3 weeks from the day you design to your doorstop.
