I love the selection at pachute even though it is overpriced. But they do not stand by their customers. I purchased a sweater a while ago that Pulled the 1st time making it unwearable. I mentioned it a few times but the response was always vague. I am a good customer and asked them to do something. I thought they would offer to try to fix it. I never expected them to take it back at this point. The owner gave the unfortunate job to her salesperson of telling me there is nothing they can do. And that is that. No offer to help in any way. I will not be returning to pachute.

This shop has the loveliest, coolest apparel on the UES(and now on the UWS)!

The style is very free form clothing, nothing I would call close to A-line. Not typical designer clothing as its very simple and seems handmade. The selection is small, and is focused on denim, long wool type coats, and blouses made, from what I can tell, primarily white gauze. The price range is upwards of a couple hundred for any piece. Not exactly my taste, I’d say this would be fitting for a more small town boutique.

Finally a cool boutique on the Upper East Side… Sells unique women and children’s clothing and accessories. Not large but exquisitely curated. The owner helped me find the perfect gift for my wife’s birthday.
